Seafood Marinara |
Ingredients | Measurements |
fresh mixed seafood (you can use your own selection of seafood or purchase the seafood marinara mix)
raw weight Vetta Smart Fibre Spaghetti cloves garlic, crushed lemon juice olive oil cherry tomatoes tomato paste chopped parsley Salt + pepper |
300g 120g 2 2 tbsp. ½ tbsp. ½ cup 1 tbsp. ¼ cup To Taste |
METHOD: |
1. Bring water to boil and cook pasta until al dente.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the oil. 3. Add in the garlic and chilli and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst and start to make the base of the sauce. 5. Add in the seafood, tomato paste, lemon juice and parsley. 6. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until seafood is tender but not overcooked. 7. Stir through the pasta, add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately. |
