Lime and Coriander Beef Skewers |

fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped cloves garlic, crushed grated ginger brown sugar chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped fish sauce beef rump steak, chopped into 2.5cm pieces |

¼ cup 2 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon 1 large 1 tablespoon 600g |
METHOD: |
1. Put all the ingredients except the beef in a medium bowl and mix.
2. And the beef and mix it in. 3. Thread the beef pieces onto skewers. 4. Fire up your barbeque or heat up a frying pan and spray with cooking oil, then cook the beef, turning regularly, until done to your liking. |
