Lime and Coriander Beef Skewers
Ingredients Measurements
•lime juice
•fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
•cloves garlic, crushed
•grated ginger
•brown sugar
•chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
•fish sauce
•beef rump steak, chopped into 2.5cm pieces

METHOD:
1. Put all the ingredients except the beef in a medium bowl and mix.

2. And the beef and mix it in.

3. Thread the beef pieces onto skewers.

4. Fire up your barbeque or heat up a frying pan and spray with cooking oil, then cook the beef, turning regularly, until done to your liking.
