- Check your spam or junk mail box - various tools can apply restrictions to emails that you receive. In many cases, emails that do not meet appropriate rules will be forwarded into a spam folder. The most effective way to allow emails from our website is to add the email address "sales@giants.web" to your address book.
- Ensure that you have updated any security software that may be installed on your system - Because Block lists are updated daily, it is important to have an up-to-date security system to provide the best level of protection and accuracy

Q: How is my details stored on the computer system?
A: sales@giants.web does not directly request any personal information, outside of Purchaser's full name, and Contact Email address for communications purposes. Any other information related to transactions with sales@giants.web is solely managed by the payment handlers (paypal), and no record of these transaction payments or purchases are maintained by sales@giants.web in any way. Q: Can I purchase from your store on a mobile device?
A: Your purchases can come from any device that allows the use of java processing - all of the work is done on our servers, so it doesn't actually matter which browser you use.

Q: Why won't the form accept my email?

Q: What are valid payment types?
A: Our payment gateway is paypal, who support the following payment types:
- PayPal Balance
• Instant transfer from your bank account (if eligible)

- Credit card
- eCheck (a delayed transfer from your bank account - may result in significantly slower shipping by seller)

Q: How do I change my information.
- A: Information of a personal nature is not held with sales@giants.web, and therefore cannot be changed through this website. Personal information regarding payments must be changed through the payment gateway, located at http://www.paypal.com (member services).
Change of product requires an email sent through to "sales@giants.web" with the following information:
- Order number
- Name
- Email
- Changes requested
You will be contacted by a representative to further process your request.
