Synopsis:
U.S. Navy SEAL Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) returns to his native Hawaii to find Victor Hesse (James Marsters), a terrorist who murdered McGarrett's father, John McGarrett, a retired officer from the Honolulu Police Department (HPD). He is enlisted by Hawaiian Governor Pat Jameson (Jean Smart) to head a new task force with legal immunity to clean up the underworld of O?ahu. In turn, McGarrett enlists Honolulu newcomer Danny Williams (Scott Caan), a divorced detective who moved from New Jersey to be closer to his daughter; Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim), a disgraced police officer and a protege of McGarrett's father who was wrongly accused of corruption; and Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park), Chin Ho's cousin, a former surfer and soon-to-be Police Academy graduate. Together they discover a link between Hesse and a Chinese human trafficking ring with a mole in HPD. After threatening to deport the family of the ring leader. Sang Min (Will Yun Lee), to Rwanda, McGarrett is given the location where Hesse is: a freighter heading to China. McGarrett and Danny storm the freighter and dispatches several of Hesse's guards. McGarrett confronts Hesse and after a fight, McGarrett shoots Hesse, who falls to the sea. However, by the next episode it is revealed the Coast Guard have yet to find his body.

002 . “Ohana”
Synopsis:
A National Security Agency cyberterrorism expert Roland Lowery (Scott Cohen) is kidnapped by a Serbian gang. While Kono Kalakaua is tasked with looking after Lowery's son Evan, the rest of the team discover Lowery was working on a "skeleton key", a computer program that would allow the user to hack into anything. Soon, Kono and Evan are kidnapped by the same gang led by Drago Zankovic (Peter Stormare). The rest of the team realize the gang is using the program to shut down the island's radar, allowing a plane to smuggle through. Zankovic intends to sell the program to the occupants of the plane. Before the deal is made, McGarrett's team storm the warehouse and arrest Zankovic. In the end, the team celebrate Kono's Police Academy graduation.

003 . “Malama Ka 'Aina”
Synopsis:
The team fall witness to a shooting between Triad and Samoan gangs during a high school football game, what they were watching, and during the game, Danny introduces Grace to the team. Chin Ho chases a suspect, only to find it is Sid (Sidney Liufau), his cousin, who later reveals himself to be working undercover in a gang unit. Sid refuses to have anything to do with Chin Ho because of his past with the HPD. McGarrett and Danny discover that Frank Salvo (James Russo), a Mafia boss from New Jersey, is meeting with the head of the Samoan gang, after which there could be a full blown gang war. The team manage to stop the meeting. Meanwhile, Danny fights to keep shared custody of his daughter Grace following the gang shooting, as she was present; his ex-wife ultimately drops the case. In the end, the team decides to name themselves "Five-0", after McGarrett's high school football jersey number.

004 . “Lanakila”
Synopsis:
Five-0 are tasked to find Walton Dawkins (Balthazar Getty) a convict who broke out of prison. They later find he is targeting a couple, who recently won a million dollars and free trip to Hawaii on a game show. Dawkins kidnaps the boyfriend, Craig Ellers (Kenneth Mitchell), who is revealed to be Dawkins' former partner in crime. The two previously robbed five million dollars before Ellers placed it in a bank while Dawkins goes to prison. McGarrett and Chin Ho arrive at the bank and chase Dawkins, first by road, then by helicopter, where Dawkins' crash lands through lack of fuel. McGarrett catches up with Dawkins and kills him in the ensuing shootout. Meanwhile, McGarrett looks after his sister Mary, (Taryn Manning) who has had problems with the law in the past, when she comes to visit. Danny has a knee injury, which he jokingly blames on McGarrett's unorthodox tactics for getting the job done.

005 . “Nalowale”
Synopsis:
Amanda Reeves, the adult daughter of U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines Michael Reeves, is found drowned. Governor Jameson takes a personal pledge to find those responsible, and enlists Five-0. Over the course of the investigation, they learn Amanda's sister Robyn is still alive and was last found in a nightclub. McGarrett and Danny discover somebody drugged both sisters and sold them to a sex trafficking ring. The Five-0 team storms the operation, but they find that Robyn is not there. They learn from the head of the operation that they were ordered to kidnap the sisters from a Filipino terrorist organization, headed by Carlos Bagoyo (Patrick Gallagher), who is using the ransom demand to get to Reeves and log into a database. Five-0 storms the warehouse after confirming Robyn is present, and McGarrett subdues Bagoyo. Meanwhile, Mary finds her father's tool box that he left for her brother to solve a crime, and starts investigating herself. This episode introduces quirky medical examiner Max Bergman (Masi Oka).

006 . “Ko'olauloa”
Synopsis:
Ian Adams (Mark Cunningham), the head of Kono's former pro surfing team, Coral Prince, is shot in front of a large crowd. McGarrett suggests Kono sit out the case, but she is determined to find the killer and talks with old friend Ben Bass (Joshua Dallas), the son of Carlton Bass (Kevin Sorbo) who was Adams' business partner. She learns that he founded a surf village located near the beach where Adams was killed, but also learns that gangsters are trying to get them to leave. The rest of the team determine that Adams was targeted and killed by a sniper from a hill overlooking the beach. Realizing Ben owns a rifle, they also learn that according to Adams' will, Ben will become his beneficiary, and hence is a prime suspect. However, it is later revealed that it was Carlton who organized Adams' death and is arrested.

007 . “Ho'apono”
Synopsis:
The episode opens with ex-Navy SEAL Graham Wilson (Adam Beach) being pursued by the HPD, fleeing the scene of his wife's murder, and taking a group of tourists hostage aboard the USS Missouri in Pearl Harbor. He claims to be innocent and uses the hostages as leverage to force the authorities to find the real killer, allowing them four hours to do so. Governor Jameson's assistant Laura Hills (Kelly Hu) assigns the case to Five-0. McGarrett sneaks aboard the Missouri alone while the rest of the team try to piece together what actually happened at the crime scene. The team discovers that Wilson was prescribed antipsychotic medication that he had stopped taking, and as a result is suffering from blackouts during which he may have killed his wife without realizing it. On-board Missouri, McGarrett's plan is assisted by Ed McKay (Robert Loggia), a retired sailor who had served with McGarrett's grandfather on the USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor. After Wilson's daughter is kidnapped, it seems apparent he was framed, and team shifts priority to recovering the girl. It turns out that Wilson's wife was Russian and prior to marrying Wilson, she was married to a ruthless Russian businessman who Wilson thought was dead, and who was the actual killer and is now trying to smuggle the girl out of Hawaii. McGarrett prevents HPD SWAT from killing Wilson, and although he's cleared for his wife's murder, he still faces charges for the hostage-taking.

008 . “Mana'o”
Synopsis:
Danny is shocked to discover his former HPD partner, Meka Hanamoa, is found dead at a lu'au. Furthermore he learns HPD is not investigating who murdered him because Internal Affairs is investigating Hanamoa for possible police corruption, led by the same man who investigated Chin Ho. Danny's attempts to clear Meka's name only appears to incriminate the dead officer further. Hanamoa's most recent partner Kaleo (Jason Scott Lee) works with Five-0 and find Hanamoa may have worked with the Ochoa cartel, led by Emilio Ochoa (Christian George). Although they plan to capture him alive, Kaleo kills him, claiming he was defending himself. McGarrett remembers that Sang Min had a mole in HPD who identified Kono as a cop in "Pilot", so they ask Sang Min to identify the mole. He identifies Kaleo as the corrupt detective, who set up his partner. Danny attacks Kaleo before McGarrett breaks them up. Now cleared, Hanamoa is given a funeral with full honors.

009 . “Po'ipu”
Synopsis:
When a security detail member is found murdered in a hotel room, Five-0 discovers he was assigned to protect General Pak (Ric Young), a mass-murdering military general from Sandimar, who is due at the upcoming O'ahu Foreign Aid Summit. Working with an old SEAL buddy Nick Taylor (Max Martini), McGarrett and the team discover the murderer is Erica Raines (Emmanuelle Vaugier), a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) assassin. When the team confronts her, she attempts to flee but gets hit by a bus and dies. When Pak and his family arrive in Hawaii, Five-0 learns that Raines was working with Taylor to kill Pak. The team takes refuge in McGarrett's house, where Pak reveals he is there to seek political asylum and confess his crimes. Taylor arrives to assault the house, and in a final showdown McGarrett is forced to shoot him to death.

010 . “Heihei”
Synopsis:
In Waikiki, four masked assailants in white coats robs an armored car shooting all three guards, killing two of them, in broad daylight. Five-0 quickly recover the van, as well as the money, leaving them confused but realizes the gang is likely to strike a bigger target during a triathlon event, which is being held for the next day. Furthermore, the robbers are athletes taking part in the event and are living next door to Danny's ex-wife Rachel (Claire van der Boom). Following a stakeout, Danny finds out they are to rob a diamond store. As they split up in the escape, Five-0 follow suit and each member takes down a robber.

011 . “Palekaiko”
Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate when 26-year-old Erica Harris (Peyton List) is found by two hunters asking for help, not knowing what she was running from. Erica is on her honeymoon with her husband, Jake Harris. Her mother-in-law suspects her of being involved, having possibly only married Jake for his money and that she is $100,000 in debt. After Jake is found strangled to death in their hotel room, Max Bergman discovers a series of related murders in French Polynesia in December 2009 where three couples were targeted; the husband was strangled, while the wife's body would be found mutilated later. Five-0 find the women had a similar appearance to Erica, and they find the face of the killer, Bradford Matinski (Rhys Coiro), in the pictures from each couple. He was engaged to a woman who called off the wedding; Five-0 believe he later killed her. After he escapes from his cruise ship, Danny finds his next target. He kidnaps the wife and after a car chase, Matinsky threatens to kill the woman. McGarrett shoots him in the shoulder, and he falls off a cliff. Meanwhile, McGarrett reveals to Chin Ho about the Champion Spark Plugs tool box left to him be his father after he died, showing pictures and files about Yakuza activity. There are also a set of unexplained numbers. Chin Ho does some digging and reveals the numbers were a case file that mysteriously disappeared, involving McGarrett's mother's death, which is believed to be murder.

012 . “Hana 'a'a Makehewa”
Synopsis:
A weapons dealer wanted by Interpol is found dead after washing up on shore. Surveillance shows the victim walking with Victor Hesse, the man who killed McGarrett's father and survived from the events on "Pilot". He visited a doctor whom he later kills after having the bullets removed from his torso, and has since been off the grid for four months. To track him down, Five-0 reluctantly enlist the help of Sang Min, the human trafficker arrested from the pilot. When they arrive at the bar, Sang Min betrays them and helps Hesse escape. Chin Ho tracks them to a ship, but is knocked out and awakens the next morning with a bomb attached to his neck. Hesse demands $10 million in exchange for his life, but Governor Jameson refuses to negotiate. Chin Ho, however, knows that HPD has over $28 million from a drug bust three years previously until $200,000 ended up missing, resulting in Chin Ho's corruption charges. Five-0 break into the vault and "borrow" the money they need. When they meet however, Hesse burns it. Kono shoots him, and McGarrett coerces him to deactivate the bomb. In the end, as Five-0 celebrate Christmas, Hesse is seen meeting with Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) in prison, who wants to know how much McGarrett knows about his father's case.

013 . “Ke Kinohi”
Synopsis:
McGarrett awakens to three masked men breaking into the house and stealing the spark plug box containing the investigation to his mother's murder. Furthermore, Mary is kidnapped for her own investigation. She calls McGarrett from the trunk of a car; Five-0 track the car and rescue her. The two hostiles they killed are members of the Yakuza. Despite that the box is still missing, Mary previously took pictures of every item in the box. They later storm a gambling den and find the third assailant. Knowing he will not talk, the team search his phone history and realize he called Hiro Noshimuri (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), believed to be involved in not only the kidnapping but McGarrett's mother's death. However, he is also connected to Governor Jameson. She warns him that if he is to put Noshimuru away, they must find solid evidence, or she will not protect McGarrett. After finding the missing box, McGarrett manages to tie Hiro Noshimuru to Mary's kidnapping, but not his mother's death. Hiro is playing golf with his brother and Wo Fat when McGarrett arrests him. In the end, McGarrett hears that Hiro Noshimuri's brother, whom McGarrett believes to be responsible for his mother's death, has been killed in a car accident.

014 . “He Kane Hewa'ole”
Synopsis:
Chin Ho and Kono join HPD in a car chase, which ends with the car crashing and killing the driver. Five-0 find a severed head in a cardboard box. After finding out the driver's family are illegal immigrants from China, McGarrett tries to clear him, but Danny does not resort to the same courtesy. The team find the identity of the man as a thyroid cancer patient under Chin Ho's former fiancée Malia (Reiko Aylesworth). Later, they discover the victim's wife is missing. The woman's father, a businessman, is given a call to deliver five million dollars to a specified location in exchange for his daughter's safety. Things go awry when McGarrett and Danny kill the suspect who takes the money. However, it is later determined the wife was part of the plan to use the money and runaway with the suspect, who was her secret lover, to Paris; Five-0 arrests her. In the end McGarrett informs the driver's father (Tzi Ma) that Governor Jameson has fast-tracked his family for American citizenship.

015 . “Kai e'e”
Synopsis:
The population of Hawaii are forced to evacuate the coast in the wake of a tsunami threat. Five-0 investigate the disappearance of Dr. Norman Russell (John Sullivan), the head of the Tsunami Warning Center. McGarrett later realizes that the approaching tsunami does not exist; Russell was kidnapped to transmit the false data. After they rescue him, Five-0 discover that Sam Hale (Brian Goodman), a United States Coast Guard Commander, orchestrated the plot to break into the empty precinct where the $28 million (first mentioned in "Hana 'a'a Makehewa") is held. Knowing their theft of the $10 million to save Chin Ho will be exposed, the team intervenes, and arrests Hale and finding the money in a sandbag. Five-0 decide to confess their previous theft to Governor Jameson, however McGarrett is somewhat disturbed to learn that all $28 million were recovered.

016 . “E Malama”
Synopsis:
Five-0 are tasked to find Julie Masters (Mariana Klaveno), the key witness against drug cartel leader Aaron Brenner (Robert Prescott). She disappears after Brenner sends two assassins after her. McGarrett and Chin Ho journey through the vast forests to find her. When Chin Ho finds her, they find there is also a third assassin after her, and a "cleaner". McGarrett and Chin Ho safely escort Julie to the courthouse after subduing or killing the three assassins. After viewing security footage, Kono discovers that the "cleaner" is one of Brenner's defense lawyers, and subdues her. Meanwhile, Danny hears that two assailants carjacked his ex-wife's car. Because Grace was present, he becomes fixated on solving the case. After confronting Stan (Mark Deklin), Rachel's current husband, he realizes Stan has possession of tapes incriminating housing commissioner Bruce Hoffman (Barry Levi) of corruption. Williams threatens Hoffman to back off or he will expose the tapes to the press.

017 . “Powa Maka Moana”
Synopsis:
Twelve college students on a catamaran during spring break are kidnapped by a gang of pirates. As Five-0 lead a search to find the hostages, the pirates make ransom demands of $20 million for each hostage to their wealthy parents. The team storm a house believed to be where the hostages are kept, but instead find a pirate stronghold who were not involved in the kidnapping. After the parents of one of the hostages pay the pirates $400,000 as down payment, their son is found murdered. Afterwards the kidnappers demand that Susan (Vanessa Minillo), a crew member of the catamaran who evaded the pirates, deliver the money to them. McGarrett gives in, but realizes Susan was involved. Inside the bag instead of the money, the kidnappers and Susan find stun grenades which go off. The hostages are rescued. When asked how he realized Susan was involved, McGarrett states the leader told him Susan by name after seeing her from a newspaper report, however her name was never published.

018 . “Loa Aloha”
Synopsis:
The children of two state judges are killed, one by having the rope cut off while zip-lining, the second in a car bombing. The team learns an unknown man called the judges prior to their deaths. After researching cases both judges were working on, Five-0 believe the murderer is Travis Roan (Theo Coumbis); both judges prosecuted his 20-year old son for DUI, who was later killed in prison. Having not seen his son since he was 13, Roan vows revenge, but the team prevent him from killing the son of a lawyer involved in the case. Meanwhile, Danny's younger brother Matthew (Dane Cook) comes to Hawaii. He later learns that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) suspect him for fraud. Danny reluctantly tips off his brother. However, as Matthew leaves the Island, Danny realizes he was wanted for laundering money to a drug cartel.

019 . “Ne Me'e Laua Na Paio”
Synopsis:
Alex Baker, dressed as superhero Captain Fallout during a science fiction convention, falls to his death from a high hotel floor. After following leads in the investigation, Five-0 ultimately learn that Baker was drunk and went to the wrong room, that was just above his room, and the room's owner was in possession of a memory card containing footage of a young woman who disappeared (and was murdered) in late 2008, who had been having an affair with her boss, Richard Davies (D. B. Sweeney). Davies' wife killed her, and later hired a thug to retrieve the card, which caused Baker's death when the thug had mistaken Baker for the real thief. Meanwhile, McGarrett teams up with CIA analyst Jenna Kaye (Larisa Oleynik), who is running her own investigation without the CIA's backing, regarding the deaths of his parents. Wo Fat is the head of the Yakuza who arranged the murders. In the end, Wo Fat meets with McGarrett; Wo Fat warns McGarrett not to dig into his parents' past.

020 . “Ma Ke Kahakai”
Synopsis:
While hiking in the Ko'olau Range, McGarrett and Danny find a dead body with a gunshot wound. McGarrett falls and breaks an arm while examining him. Later, the team find the body matches 53-year-old fisherman Jack Leung. It is revealed that Leung took a second job at an air strip, where he came across plans for Donald Rutheford (Wayne Duvall) to help his son leave the country after he is wanted for murder, and was killed for it. The team arrest both Rutherfords after the son is picked up from Hong Kong. Meanwhile, Chin Ho and Kono visit their ailing Aunt Mele. Chin Ho is later forced to admit that it was their uncle who stole the $200,000 for a kidney from the black market to save Auntie Mele, and Chin Ho got the heat for the theft. In the end, they learn Mele had died.

021 . “Ho'opa'i”
Synopsis:
NYPD detective Reggie Cole (Sean Combs) has been undercover for the FBI working for a New York crime boss Jimmy Cannon (Keith David) for two years. The boss's trip to Hawaii also allows for Reggie to briefly drop in on his wife and young son. One night, two gunmen attack his home, kill his wife and seriously wound him. Though warned by the FBI not to pursue Cannon, Five-0 continue anyway. Later, Cole escapes from hospital on a mission for revenge. Five-0 find a body who matches one of the gunmen. Realizing Cole is tracking the investigation, the team later catch up to him, where he announces a surprising development in the case: Cannon did not order his wife's death. After Cole is cleared for the first gunman's death, he and McGarrett find the second, who confesses it was Cannon's son Richard who ordered the hit; Richard is later arrested. Cole is then allowed to continue the investigation in taking down Cannon.

022 . “Ho'ohuli Na'au”
Synopsis:
A flamboyant world-renowned photographer, Renny Sinclair (Rick Springfield), is shooting swimsuit models, one of which he was planning a new life with after finding out she is pregnant with his child, when he returns to his trailer, which then explodes. Five-0 discover a connection to Sinclair and Derek Marcum, a betting shop owner who loaned Sinclair almost $291,570. It is later revealed that this amount of money is equal to the Department of Agriculture's estimated cost of raising a child to age 18. Sinclair has a daughter from a previous relationship, who also happens to be an assistant of his. She blames Sinclair for not caring about her, though she was not aware of the money he was going to give her. Chin Ho is called by Internal Affairs to testify against his uncle (Sab Shimono) after he confesses that it was he and not Chin Ho, who stole the money in the corruption case. Chin Ho responds by "confessing" he took the money, but never spent it. He is ordered to pay it back, but since he was bluffing, Chin Ho goes to Marcum for a loan.

023 . “Ua Hiki Mai Kapalena Pau”
Synopsis:
Five-0 and Jenna Kaye close in on Wo Fat's whereabouts, but find Sang Min instead. Min evades the team during a chase, during which Danny spots a dead man in an apartment, and later becomes incapacitated after making contact with him. Danny is infected with sarin nerve gas. While he recovers, the team's search for Wo Fat is on hold until they solve the sarin case. At first Kono finds that a Russian terrorist with connections to sarin is in the island. He dies accidentally exposing himself to sarin while Five-0 give chase to him, but they find the canisters in his car are all empty and were made by a company owned by Jeff Fallon (Steve Landis), who lives in the same house in which the first victim was found. Eventually, it turns out the culprit was Fallon's secretary, with whom he had an affair, and wanted to make it seem like a terrorist attack to divert the authorities and get away with the murder. Meanwhile, IA reveals the money Chin Ho paid back was not from the $28 million dollars, and they would arrest his uncle. Danny seems to reconnect to his ex-wife. When Danny returns Sang Min shows up and gives himself up. He wants protection because Wo Fat wants him dead.

024 . “Oia'i'o”
Synopsis:
Chin Ho turns down HPD's offer to rejoin the force. On his way out, he finds two officers bringing in the burnt money Hesse burned in "Hana 'a'a Makehewa". Danny and Rachel rekindle their relationship and plan to return to New Jersey together. Meanwhile Laura Hills is killed by a car bomb. McGarrett and Danny examine her home to find she was the one who sent McGarrett clues to the spark plug box. They also find a key McGarrett believes opens a desk in Governor Jameson's mansion, but also several fingerprints leading to McGarrett, indicating he is being framed. They bring in a suspect who can testify against Wo Fat, only he is killed when his transport is hit, leading McGarrett to believe Jameson is involved. He breaks into the mansion to find evidence that she knew Hills was sending McGarrett the information. When he returns to Five-0, HPD arrive to arrest him for Hills' murder. He escapes and asks informant Kamekona (Teila Tuli) for arms. McGarrett proceeds to break into the mansion again and force Jameson to confess to Hills' murder, only to be tasered by Wo Fat, who takes his gun and kills Jameson before police and Chin Ho, who has regained his position because Five-0 has effectively been disbanded, arrive to arrest McGarrett. Kono is also arrested for stealing the $10 million from the forfeiture locker.

025 . “Ha'i'ole”
Synopsis:
One week after Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) is arrested for Governor Jameson's murder, Danny (Scott Caan) brings in Joe White (Terry O'Quinn), McGarrett's mentor, to help clear him. Victor Hesse (James Marsters), who was ordered by Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) to kill McGarrett, instead aids in his escape by stabbing him. On his way to the hospital, McGarrett breaks out of the ambulance and escapes. Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) is suspended from HPD, but assists Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) by following one of Wo Fat's men with the hopes of incriminating him. She finds Wo Fat meeting with a weapons buyer, Kurt Hauff, in the docks, but is caught. Meanwhile, McGarrett seeks shelter in Max Bergman's (Masi Oka) home. Joe White finds a lead in Mokoto, a veteran pilot of Japan's Pearl Harbor attack force, who befriended McGarrett's father before his death. The team find video footage taken from the governor's office. Believing the camera is still present, Chin Ho and Danny find it and discovers video footage that proves McGarrett's innocence, but it does not reveal Wo Fat's face. With McGarrett cleared, new governor Sam Denning (Richard T. Jones) reinstates Five-0, except Kono, who is still under review from internal affairs. Kono escapes and warns the team that Wo Fat is leaving the island. The team storm his boat but cannot find him on board; Kono also kills Hauff, who is in possession of materials to make a dirty bomb. McGarrett soon finds that his father may have worked with Wo Fat from the camera's footage, but the audio track has been erased from this sequence. In the end, Wo Fat kills Hesse and is seen being driven away by Jenna Kaye (Larisa Oleynik), suggesting that Jenna might be working for Wo Fat.

Synopsis:
Governor Denning assigns Homeland Security officer Lori Weston (Lauren German) to Five-0 to ensure the team follows the new rules set by him, and to also apply her profiling skills to the task force. Their first investigation is the kidnapping of teenage paddleboard champion Jenn Hassley (Hayley Chase); they have 24 hours to find her because she is taken without the medicine she needs to stay alive. The first suspect, Matt Porter (Jason Rawcliffe) is found dead. However, Five-0 later discovers Porter actually rescued girls from religious cults and changed their identities. The team find a cult in the island of L?na'i, led by her grandfather Steven Carter (Bruce Davison), a cult that rejects all modern teachings, believing that society and its own trappings are the workings of the Devil. Realizing Five-0 are on to him, he attempts to escape with Jenn by plane, but McGarrett prevents it from taking off with a horse. Meanwhile, Jenna leaves the team after receiving word that her fiancé may still be alive, while Internal Affairs captain Vince Fryer (Tom Sizemore) strips Kono of her badge.

Five-0 probe the death of a Navy SEAL, one of Joe White's former charges. Initially ruled as a suicide, the team discover he was drugged and was shot in the head to mimic a suicide. Sometime later, the team uncovers the death of another SEAL in a car accident, however Max finds he was killed before the accident. It is emerged that both SEALs were part of a covert team to take down a Central American drug cartel. In response the cartel sent out a professional hitman, and is after the third SEAL. The assassin poses as a pilot, doses the SEAL who is going skydiving with a sedative, and then throw him out of the plane. However, McGarrett rescues him, while Chin Ho and Danny take down the assassin. The Navy later uses the intelligence Five-0 gathered to take down the cartel for good. Meanwhile, Chin Ho worries about Kono after she starts hanging out with a group of dirty ex-cops, including Frank Delano (William Baldwin).

Synopsis:
The severed hand of dead-sea diver Blake Spencer is found in the waters of Waikiki. Five-0 discover that he found treasure from a sunken galleon off the Oahu coast, which later turns out to be fake. When they find Blake's boat, McGarrett and White dive to find a sunken army ambulance from 1939, which houses the remain of his dead grandfather; he only wanted to find his body to give his mother (Patty Duke), who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease, closure. The murderer is revealed to be Jimmy Koller (Brian Guest), who worked with Spencer and killed him when he believed he wanted the found treasure. Meanwhile, Chin Ho realizes Kono logged onto HPD's database with his password, which she is using to grant Delano access. McGarrett realizes White did not release the video with Wo Fat and his father to the Department of Defense; White claims he was trying to protect John.

Synopsis:
Five-0 investigates the death of a volleyball coach murdered in a locker room, which leads them to a rich married couple where he stayed, Carl and Trisha Joyner. During the investigation Trisha ends up missing, and Carl is killed by a sniper in front of McGarrett and Danny. Lori and Chin Ho look for her in a motel room, however they end up mortally wounding a gunman, who is being driven by Kono; the man is part of Delano's gang. They are looking for Joyner because they have money they are hiding from Delano. When Five-0 arrest Kono, Fryer reveals she is actually working undercover to stop Delano, who was his former partner. Kono is brought back to Delano, who finds Trisha, who guides them to a bank where his money is being held. Trisha is emotional and reluctant to give the money, however, Kono reveals that she is an undercover cop and that she will help her. After he recovers the money, this whole 'mission' looks quite suspicious to the bank. One worker threatens to press the silent alarm button, but Delano takes a worker hostage and Five-0 and HPD apprehend the gang. Kono is reinstated to the task force while Steve confronts and punches Fryer in revenge for Fryer knowingly using Kono as bait. Meanwhile, Chin Ho and his former fiancee Malia (Reiko Aylesworth) begin spending time together again.

Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate the murder of local restaurant owner and philanthropist Jake Griffin, seemingly by a series of home invasions in the area; the team believe the burglars are escalating. However after catching the gang, they realise they did not murder the man. It is later revealed the murderer was Griffin's brother-in-law mixed martial arts (MMA) instructor Marshall Martel (Shawn Hatosy), the husband of Griffin's sister Samantha (Annie Wersching), who attempted to cover it up as a home invasion gone wrong. Later, McGarrett participates in a charity MMA fight against Chuck Liddell, taking the place of another fighter (Gino Anthony Pesi) whom he injured after Martel attempted to frame him. Meanwhile, Joe White calls in L.A NCIS agent Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) to review the video of John McGarrett, Governor Jameson, and Wo Fat, but only recognizes the word "Shelburne". When White returns home, he encounters Wo Fat, who tries to kill him. After White pushes him away, he goes to Mokoto, but finds Wo Fat beat him to it and killed Mokoto.

Synopsis:
A young couple is murdered on a sacred burial ground while shooting a documentary on a Halloween night. During the autopsy Max uncovers a fingerprint from a criminal who was killed by his girlfriend several months before. Later, while examining the burial ground through ground-penetrating radar, Five-0 initially assume they are dealing with a serial killer when they find several bodies not belonging to the ancient Hawaiians. They track down the killer, Jacob Garrison, who turns out to be a body parts trafficker for the black market, however he burns himself alive to prevent capture. Meanwhile, Danny ignores the warnings of a drifter (Robert Englund), and later finds out the hard way the consequences of trespassing on the burial grounds. Danny then decides to buy one of the victims' apartments, but changes his mind after believing that he saw the ghost of one of the tenants before ordering the team to pack up everything much to their dismay.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Monica Jensen is found dead inside a Cessna that crashes off the coast of the North Shore. Max's autopsy reveals she was dead long before the plane even took off. Five-0 learns that before she died Jensen was investigating possible illegal activities at a medicinal marijuana shop. Further investigations reveal she had an unofficial informant, which leads them to an illegal poaching ring. It is ultimately revealed Jenson's murderer is a pilot, Liam Miller (Jon Gries), who also kidnapped a doctor selling him faux medicine to cure his cancer, which worsens. Danny decides to adopt Jensen's dog.

Synopsis:
Sergeant Duke Lukela and his team in the HPD uncover a car theft ring but pass the case on to Five-0 after a bandaged body is discovered in the trunk of one of the cars. The team find it nearly impossible to identify the victim because he took extensive plastic surgery. When they find the surgeon who worked on the victim, he used a fake name. Eventually, they find that the victim, Jimmy Sheehan, was placed in witness protection after he witnessed an Irish Mob hit in Boston. Five-0 tracks down the mobsters in Oahu, but learns they had nothing to do with his death; it turns out Sheehan actually died from complications with the plastic surgery, and the surgeon attempted to cover it up. Meanwhile, Danny is forced to sleep on McGarrett's couch until he can find another apartment.

Synopsis:
Reporter Bethany Morris is found murdered in her apartment and her computer containing the latest story she was working on is stolen. Jenna receives news her fiance is still alive, but wants McGarrett to rescue him in North Korea. When they arrive however, Jenna double crosses McGarrett, revealing she is working with Wo Fat, and captures him in exchange for her fiance. Wo Fat delivers on his word to Jenna but she finds him dead. Wo Fat later interrogates and tortures McGarrett to find out who or what Shelburne is. Meanwhile, the rest of Five-0 discovers a link between Jenna and Bethany, the latter of which was one of her sources. When they learn of McGarrett's capture, they and Joe White and a SEAL team go on an unsanctioned mission to rescue him, and enlists the help of one of Joe's friends (Jimmy Buffett), who is a helicopter pilot. Jenna then gives McGarrett a pin to help him escape while Wo Fat disposes of Jenna by shooting her, killing her instantly while an enraged Steve who witnesses the killing vows revenge for Jenna's death. Wo Fat escorts McGarrett to an air field. En route however, Five-0 and the SEALs attack Wo Fat's convoy and rescues McGarrett, however, once again Wo Fat escapes their clutches with Danny being the first to find Steve in a truck. As they return to Hawaii, Chin Ho announces he is engaged to Malia again.

Synopsis:
The episode starts with the Governor announcing that a large shipment of cocaine was seized by a previous bust. In retaliation, a school bus full of private students is hijacked. The kidnappers, who work for a drug cartel, demand that Five-0 return the large shipment of cocaine. Denning eventually allows McGarrett to deliver the drugs to a van. However, the van later explodes, apparently on orders of the leader of the Cartel who posed as a low-level thug and was imprisoned- with the drugs destroyed,the case against him would be dismissed. Five-0 eventually tracks down the children to a cement factory, rescuing them and killing the kidnappers. The father then recognizes one of the heads of the gang, who is in prison claiming he is only a low-level member. Joe White is forced into an early retirement after rescuing McGarrett in North Korea, however he continues to investigate "Shelburne". According to Hiro Yoshimuri, Shelburne is an unidentified person, the only one Wo Fat fears. White is later seen calling an unknown person and telling them that they have to move before revealing that McGarrett is getting too close in his investigation.

Synopsis:
A 17-year-old girl is found smothered to death in her bedroom. Before her death, she stole $5,000 from her father after her best friend Carolyn (Courtney Coleman) was blackmailed for having sexual relations with their school principal. When the blackmailer discovers he also recorded the girl's murder, Five-0 find she was killed by a professional hitman. The team finds that the father was working as a juror following a case where substandard Chinese steel was used to construct an $800 million building. The defense lawyer in the case (Sam Anderson) set up the girl's murder in order to get a alternate juror to be more favorable to him. Five-0 arrive at the building to arrest the lawyer and the contractor, however the lawyer falls to his death. Meanwhile, Joe returns from Japan again and is later kidnapped by Adam Noshimuri (Ian Anthony Dale), Hiro's son, who believes he murdered him. When McGarrett later rescues him, Joe reveals he actually faked Hiro's death, but would not say why. McGarrett gets angry at this, knowing that he went through torture by Wo Fat.

Synopsis:
A Trans-Hawaiian Parcel truck is violently robbed in broad daylight but Kono's investigation reveals nothing missing. They reluctantly rely on Sang Min's help when it has emerged that one of the couriers smuggled 100 electronic chips used in passports to allow smugglers to forge them. Sang Min (Will Yun Lee) assists them in bringing them down, and in return he is transferred to the mainland. Meanwhile, Danny is called to the hospital to help his ex-wife Rachel deliver her baby as her husband Stan is out of town. The Yakuza attempts to have Joe killed. Seeing as how the situation is getting out of hand, Joe eventually agrees to tell Adam that his father is in hiding and he, Adam and McGarrett must work together to stop Wo Fat. Later, Joe reveals to McGarrett that he is Shelburne, and he killed Wo Fat's father.

Synopsis:
A Marshal and friend of Danny's is found dead in a plane from New Jersey. Five-0 begins searching for the prisoner he escorted, Rick Maguire but the team soon discover that Maguire died two years ago, and that someone is actually posing as him. It is eventually revealed the person in question is Rick Peterson (Peter Greene), Danny's ex-partner from New Jersey who was jailed ten years ago for corruption. Peterson has returned to exact revenge against Danny who testified at Peterson's trial. After Peterson kidnaps Grace while disguised as a HPD officer, Danny is forced to go off the grid to save her life, having been given strict instructions not to contact HPD or any of his Hawaii Five-0 colleagues due to Peterson having cloned Danny's phone. Peterson instructs Danny to call Stan to meet, and then kill him so that he would go to prison for murder, resulting in him losing Grace; the only thing Danny cares about. As the two meet, the rest of the team discover Peterson's intentions and arrive at the scene but are too late to stop Danny, who shoots Stan. However, it turns out that Danny only wounded him to trick Peterson. After Peterson is arrested by Kono and Chin, an enraged Danny approaches Peterson, asking him for Grace's location . When Peterson doesn't say anything, Danny shoots Peterson in the right kneecap before coldly threatening to shoot Peterson in the head. Peterson eventually gives up the location and reveals that Grace is being held in a storage container. After Danny and Steve have gotten Grace out of the container, she, Rachel and Danny have an emotional reunion as Steve, Chin and Kono look on.

040 . “I Helu Pu”
Synopsis:
Five-0 finds a young woman dead in the same hotel where Governor Denning is hosting a silent auction charity event. However, Denning refuses to lock down the hotel--which is needed to catch the killer--choosing instead to launch a low-key investigation so as to not disrupt the event. The team finds a link between the victim, Victoria Chase, and the corporation Garlin International. It is revealed that the victim's sister Amanda (Sarah Habel) worked there and was raped by her boss, Dimitri Vonikov. Five-0 then suspect Vonikov murdered the victim as she was seeking revenge. However, they cannot question Vonikov as he is hiding out in the Russian consulate. To lure him out, Chin Ho breaks into the consulate with a fake bomb, setting off an international incident. McGarrett chases Vonikov, but both get hit by a car driven by Five-0 member Lori Weston. Kono surreptitiously obtains a blood sample from Vonikov during his surgery, and with it they prove Vonikov was the murderer. Despite the case being solved, the fallout from the international incident prompts the Governor to punish Lori by forcing her resignation from the task force.

Synopsis:
After McGarrett returns home from an excursion with Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth), Five-0 probe the death of Brandon Koruba, a local shipbuilder who enjoys Hawaiian history, in the jungle near the site of a historical war re-enactment he participated in. The team realise Koruba was targetted by a fundamental environmentalist group after he was planning to introduce a ferry that would apparently damage the eco-systems of the Hawaiian waters. When Five-0 arrests the leader of the group, his defense lawyer reveals that Koruba actually backed out of the project after realizing the pollution threat. By then the team shifts priorities to Koruba's business partner, who was set to lose money after the project was pulled. After finding the evidence, they arrest him before Koruba's wife could kill him in revenge. Meanwhile, McGarrett and Danny argue about Danny's apprehension to introducing Grace to his girlfriend Gabrielle Asano.

Five-0 probes the death of pirate radio DJ Bobby Raines (Dennis Miller), who was killed in his home studio by an IED. The investigation pauses temporarily when his body is stolen by his fans, known as "Acolytes". When the body is recovered, they uncover a prime suspect, retired NYPD bomb expert Tony Archer (James Caan, Scott Caan's father), whose team of officers was a constant target of Raines. However they find the two are actually good friends. Together, they learned that Raines worked for a charity financing emancipations. One suspect has motive when Raines emancipated the suspect's son. In the conclusion, it turns out that the killer was Karen Whitfield (Tanya Clarke), only to be killed herself by her male accomplice.

Synopsis:
McGarrett's sister Mary (Taryn Manning), returns to Hawaii for a visit, revealing she is now a flight attendant. When she returns to her hotel room, a Liberian man (Tony Todd) forces her to smuggle $20 million worth of conflict diamonds to New York, or else fellow fight attendant and friend Angela will die. She is caught before she can board the flight, and the team now have nine hours until the plane lands, and save Angela. After the confiscated diamonds are stolen by the brother of Kaleo (Jason Scott Lee), whom Danny put away for murdering his partner last year, Five-0 and Chief Fryer team up and enlist the help of August March (Ed Asner), who served a 30-year sentence for smuggling diamonds. They find the Liberian man, who claims that Angela has set up her own kidnapping in order to scare Mary into cooporating. Although Angela is nowhere to be found, Mary is allowed to return to work. Angela meanwhile, sells the diamonds to August, who then kills her.

Synopsis:
McGarrett places Danny in charge of the team while he travels to Tokyo to track down Joe, who he suspects is covering for Shelburne's real identity. Meanwhile, the body of a young woman is found, and Max's autopsy reveals the trademarks of a serial killer from the 1980s known as "The Trashman", who leaves his victims, all female, in trash bags, even though the apparent killer has been imprisoned. Due to HPD's pressure to arrest a killer, Richard Branch (Pruitt Taylor Vince) maintains his innocence, and Max wants the Trashman case reopened to find the real killer. Max also reveals that his birth mother was one of the Trashman's second victims. In the investigation, Five-0 finds a link between all the past and current victims; all women gave birth and left their infants to the same parish. The team find evidence that links the caretaker to being the killer. However they later find that he is suffering from arthritis, and hence could not have committed the killings. Max returns to the parish to find that the deacon is the true killer, and imprisons him. As Chin Ho and Kono arrive, Max breaks free and kills the deacon with a shard of glass. Meanwhile, Kamekona believes someone has stolen his shrimp truck but as it turns out, he just forgot to renew his licence, causing the City of Honolulu to impound the truck. At the prison, Richard Branch is finally released and shakes hands with Max. Later, Danny tries to call Steve who ignores the call with Steve later shown to be in Tokyo, Japan, ready to board a plane.

Synopsis:
With McGarrett still out of the country, Five-0 investigate the death of a former army soldier from an advanced form of smallpox. They find that the victim, and several others who are missing, were exposed to smallpox believing they were testing with a new form of antidepressant. They find a suspect, Dracul Comescu (Craig Robert Young) of the Romanian Comescu crime family. Agents Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) and G Callen (Chris O'Donnell) of NCIS: Los Angeles are called in to assist Five-0; Callen has history with Comescu as they killed his family. They track a payment Comescu made in Sand Island, and find a lab where the other tests subjects are found to be executed before they arrived. After arresting Comescu's driver, the team learn that Comescu took some vials to sell them. They stop the sale from taking place, and Callen kills Comescu. However, the vials turn out to contain saline, and that the disgraced doctor Comescu worked with, Jarrod Prodeman (Rob Benedict), took the vials and has already arrived in Los Angeles, forcing Callen and Sam to return to Los Angeles to stop a possible smallpox outbreak from becoming a reality with Danny and Chin coming along to help.

046 . “Touch of Death”
Synopsis:
Detectives Danny Williams (Scott Caan) and Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) of the Hawaii Five-0 in Hawaii arrive in Los Angeles to help Callen, Sam and the Office of Special Projects find and stop Jarrod Prodeman (Rob Benedict), a disgraced doctor carrying several vials of smallpox, capable of wiping out half the world's population. They eventually find and capture Prodeman, who reveals he has already sold the vials to a Doctor Rachel Holden, who is nowhere to be found. Research soon finds that Holden who believes that the Earth's population has grown too huge in the last thousand of years is planning on unleashing the smallpox to cut the population in half so that the Earth itself could recover. The team soon find that Holden is at an International Leaders of Tomorrow summit, giving away smallpox-infected t-shirts to teenagers which would in turn cause the smallpox to spread. Despite her efforts, Holden is eventually caught and arrested.

Synopsis:
In Osaka, McGarrett and Interpol find and arrest Wo Fat, who surrenders a bit too easily. In addition, it is revealed that Wo Fat found and killed Hiro Noshimuri, and that Kono is dating Hiro's son, Adam. In Honolulu, the rest of Five-0 trace a phone call Wo Fat made to an undercover CIA agent, Wo Fat's "get out of jail free card", who is found dead. As McGarrett and Wo Fat's plane approaches Hawaii, McGarrett finds that the pilots are Yakuza; during the struggle the plane crashes in the Oahu jungle, leaving McGarrett and Wo Fat as the only two survivors. After McGarrett subdues Wo Fat, a helicopter full of Yakuza operatives arrives with intent to kill Wo Fat in revenge for the death of Hiro Noshimuri. McGarrett kills all the Yakuza members and flies the helicopter to the airbase. On landing, they are surrounded by Adam's men. However, the Five-0 team arrive and Kono talks Adam out of killing Wo Fat, and then kills Adam's lawyer, who had murdered the CIA operative, just as he tries to kill Adam. McGarrett later escorts Wo Fat to a prison cell.

Synopsis:
With Wo Fat now in jail, Joe White returns to McGarrett to tell him he will be taken to the real Shelburne, while Danny learns Stan and Rachel are moving to Las Vegas, and he faces losing custody of Grace. Meanwhile, arriving at the scene of a fake murder, Fryer is shot and killed by a mysterious shooter. As Five-0 investigate the scene, the shooter returns to wound Max before escaping with a police car. The team chase the shooter to HPD headquarters, where the shooter uses a gas leak to destroy the building, though it was evacuated beforehand. Recovering, Max tells Joe that the shooter is a woman, and Fryer wounded her. The culprit, Hillary Chaver (Taylor Cole), was a criminal Fryer and Delano once worked to catch, until she faked her death. Five-0 track her to a veterinarian as she is seeking treatment. Chaver fires at the team, but McGarrett manages to kill her. Later, it becomes apparent that Chaver had a partner who also worked with Delano; Chin Ho is blackmailed into breaking Delano out of prison after Kono and Malia are kidnapped. Delano forces Chin Ho to choose which one to save; he chooses Malia, but after arriving at home finds she has been shot. In the meantime, Delano instructs Chaver's partner to dump Kono into the ocean. Meanwhile, McGarrett and Joe return to Japan where Steve finally meets Shelburne, who turns out to be his supposedly dead mother.

McGarrett reluctantly begins to reconcile with his presumed-dead mother Doris (Christine Lahti), who was revealed to be Shelburne in the previous episode. She admits that she was a secret agent who assassinated Wo Fat's (Mark Dacascos) father, and later faked her death to protect her family. Meanwhile, Kono is pulled from the water by Adam Noshimuri (Ian Anthony Dale), having been alerted by Chin Ho, while Chin Ho races back home to save his wife Malia, but she succumbs to her injuries and dies, leaving Chin devastated. Furthermore, Frank Delano (William Baldwin), who arranged those events, also breaks Wo Fat out of prison. McGarrett returns to Hawaii and places Doris into protective custody under his girlfriend Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth). Delano asks Wo Fat to help him smuggle drugs out of Hawaii, and in exchange he will give him Shelburne's location. Five-0 realize Delano and his crew are posing as cleaners so they could steal the drugs from HPD headquarters, the group having killed five innocent workers so that they could claim the dead men's identities and sneak into the HPD Headquarters, undetected. Delano's team is hindered by a traffic jam, and Five-0 engages them. Chin Ho avenges his wife's death by shooting Delano after an intense gun battle, ending with Delano running out of bullets and Chin choosing to kill him anyway. One of Delano's dying men, the man who dumped Kono into the ocean reveals that Wo Fat knows where Doris is. Wo Fat escapes after Doris fires three shots. At the end of the episode, Steve sends his mom away from the island to protect her from Wo Fat, but as her plane departs, Danny shows up and reveals that she fired the three shots into the ground, making Steve wonder why she apparently let Wo Fat escape.

Synopsis:
Following an elaborate art heist, the Five-0 team finds the getaway car along with the driver, who was shot in the head before he and the car were set on fire. The driver is identified as a former NASCAR driver, who was forced to work for the thieves after they kidnapped his daughter. The team calls on August March (Ed Asner) for help in tracking the daughter. It is revealed that the paintings they stole were actually previously stolen by the gallery owner's grandfather in 1941. The rest of the robbers are later found dead, with no sign of the daughter. Ballistics evidence matches the murder of flight attendant Angela in "Kalele". August ultimately confesses to the murders, after his print is found on one of the stolen paintings and the murder weapon is recovered in a search of March's apartment. August leads them to an abandoned factory where she is apparently being held, as an attempt to lead them away from recovering the girl, before August commits suicide by jumping in front of a truck. The girl is later recovered alive in a long-stay parking lot. Meanwhile, Steve asks Catherine for assistance in tracking his mother. She finds that Doris' plane never left Hawaii and that she is hiding somewhere on the island. Meanwhile, the team tries to help Chin cope with the death of his wife.

051 . “Lana I Ka Moana”
Synopsis:
McGarrett and Danny are fishing in the ocean when they rescue a man (Todd Stashwick) lost at sea on a raft. However, the man pulls out a gun and hijacks the boat while also stranding McGarrett and Danny at sea. The two find a yacht, and come across a dead body, shot by the same weapon used by the hijacker. The yacht is also disabled. They are later arrested by the United States Coast Guard, but released soon after. Back on land, the hijacker is identified as Gil Scates, a former security guard who was fired for inappropriate advances towards Kate Burgess (Cynthia Watros), wife of Al Burgess, the victim on the yacht. Five-0 realize that Scates believes he has gotten away with murder; Scates is found and arrested near his apartment. Upon interrogation, Five-0 learns that Kate wanted Scates to kill her husband so they could be together, and then she sabotaged the yacht, making him a patsy. As the team move to arrest Kate, her sister-in-law Jenny (Julie McNiven) discovers what she did and kills her in revenge.

Synopsis:
Professional polo player Billy Keats (Robbie Amell) is found decapitated by a garroting wire tied between two poles while he was playing. One of his friends, Jake Madsen (Guy Wilson), reveals to Five-0 that he believes Jake was the intended target. It is further revealed that Jake was kidnapped ten years ago, but escaped before a ransom was paid. The kidnappers were convicted, but one of them, Randy Thorpe (Jack Dimish) was released. However, Thorpe claims he was paid by an unknown party to plant a bomb in his car. A further investigation reveals Amanda Madsen, Keats' lover and Jake's mother, was the real target; although she survived the car bomb, she was later suffocated in hospital. Reviewing camera footage reveals that Jake killed his mother, because of the affair, and she was against paying the ransom ten years ago. Meanwhile, Doris reunites with McGarrett. Doris claims the reason why she shot at the floor was due to a struggle between her and Wo Fat, however McGarrett reveals to Danny that he does not believe her. Doris meanwhile, secretly recovers a microfiche from a cavity under McGarrett's home.

Synopsis:
On Halloween night, Five-0 investigates a road accident where the drivers of both vehicles are missing. One of the drivers, Lisa Heller, is later found murdered, having died as a ritualistic sacrifice, most likely by the other driver. The team learn that Lisa Heller was at a party in a condemned house, and find the killer took another victim, Lucas Hayes (Jordan Matlock), to murder him in a similar ritual by the following night. The killer is Seth Tilton (Chris Marquette), who is caring for his ailing grandmother Helen (Lee Meriwether), who is also involved. Lucas however escapes captivity and calls the police before Helen non-fatally stabs him. Five-0 storms the house and realize Seth is gone with Lucas. Helen misleads the team before killing herself by shooting herself with a pistol while also killing the HPD guard escorting her but Five-0 realizes Seth has gone to a beach to perform another killing. McGarrett and Danny arrive, killing Seth right before he could complete the ritual.

054 . “I Ka Wa Mamua”
Synopsis:
The team investigate an explosion where they find traces of acetone peroxide, which are used by Middle Eastern terrorists, indicating a terrorist cell is active in Hawaii. A discovery of a terrorist hideout leads Five-0 to a planned attack at a military base where the Secretary of Defense is speaking at an event. Five-0 and HPD manage to secure the area, locate and disarm the bomb, but the terrorist responsible has escaped. Danny ultimately finds the man and shoots him, but finds the terrorist was strapped with a bomb with a proximity center, and Danny has to stay still or the vest would explode. As the bomb squad works to defuse the device, McGarrett distracts Danny from his anxiety by asking him to tell the story of how he escaped death in New Jersey. Danny recalls the incident on September 11, 2001, before the attacks, when he and his then partner (Sydney Tamiia Poitier), are captured by gang members (T.I. and Terrence Howard) in their drug operation. The gang members kill his partner before Danny could escape and kill all three members responsible. At the time Danny's wife was pregnant, and it's implied Danny named their daughter after his partner: Grace Tilwell.

Synopsis:
Zach Slater (Matt Bush), a teenage boy and expert computer hacker, is released from juvenile hall but is abducted shortly after and later found dead. Five-0 realize he had files in his hard drive, which was what the killers were after. After Kono discovers Zach's password in his room, the killers, led by South African mercenary Sean Winston (Carlo Rota), storm the house and hold everybody hostage. Kono agrees to give them the password if they release the hostages. Five-0 supply them a truck, which the mercenaries take with Kono. However it is a trap set up by the team, who overpower the mercenaries in the process. Meanwhile, Mary Ann (Taryn Manning) returns for a visit, now a caregiver with a companion, Morty Sapperstein (Shelley Berman), in tow but is unrelenting in not wanting to see her mother. Her companion however convinces her to see Doris, reciting his story when his estranged daughter was killed years before.

Synopsis:
Following the murder of Aiden O'Connell in a sugar cane field in Maui, McGarrett is convinced that Olivia Victor (Vanessa Marcil), Aiden's psychologist, is responsible, but her initial arrest is overturned due to lack of evidence. To hinder the investigation, Victor files a restraining order against McGarrett, who has Catherine add her on a No Fly List. Although the rest of Five-0 are initially skeptical of McGarrett's suspicions, they find that Aiden hired a Private Investigator, also found murdered, who found that Victor run a prostitution ring in her own office. Five-0 are able to find Victor at the airport and arrest her. Meanwhile, Catherine is confronted by WITSEC Agent Channing (Carlos Bernard), now suspended, after Catherine hacked into his account to get information on Doris's whereabouts. They learn that one of her assassination targets, "Mangosta", is still alive and seeking revenge in Hawaii. However instead Doris captures Mangosta and tortures him for information on who else knows she is alive, before Catherine stops her.

Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate a bank robbery where two people are shot, with one of those being a teller (Rumer Willis) Max, a witness, was going to ask out. The other, Jim Rogers (Lochlyn Munro), later dies in hospital after one of the robbers returns to silence him. After identifying the leader, mob enforcer Martin Cordova (C. Thomas Howell), the team realizes that Jim paid Cordova to rob the bank and attempt a kidnap so that he can die a hero in order to win the trust of his family. Jim and Cordova are also dying from cancer. The team track him to a hospital, and Cordova kidnaps McGarrett, sends him to a remote area and goads McGarrett into killing him, not wishing to die from the cancer. However, he is arrested instead when the rest of the team locate him. Meanwhile, Danny has to catch a stalker who sent a threatening letter to one of Victoria's Secret's models. The stalker is later identified as Denise Pope (Z. Zoccolante), and Danny kills her before she could murder her target.

Synopsis:
McGarrett and Danny accompany Grace's Aloha Girl Scout troop on a camping trip but stumble upon an injured hiker Ron Alberts (Tom Arnold), who shoots Danny and locks him and the girls in a bunker as he takes McGarrett and one of the girls hostage to find something he lost in the jungle; a bag of diamonds he dumped from a plane which crashed. Danny and the scouts manage to escape and call for help. McGarrett finds the diamonds, and overpowers Ron, only to find he has a working partner, Wilson Hines (Tom Schanley). Hines kills Ron, but is soon himself shot to death by Danny, who followed McGarrett's trial with the scout leader. Meanwhile, Kono meets Adam Noshimuri's brother, Michael (Daniel Henney), recently released from prison after serving 10 years for manslaughter, who is less than thrilled with Adam's plans of transforming the Yakuza. In the end of the episode, Michael is revealed to have used Kono's gun while she is sleeping.

Christmas time in Hawaii finds McGarrett and Catherine helping teenager Ethan Awana (Tristan Lake Leabu) find his missing father, after blood is found in the general store he owns. It is later revealed the blood does not belong to the father, but a shooter he was defending himself from. While searching Ethan's home, Catherine finds $30,000 in the basement. It is later revealed that Ethan's father was unknowingly helping a member of a gang that robbed a bank in Chicago some time ago, whose colleagues are now after his cut. Catherine manages to subdue Bruce's captor in the basement and locks him there until Five-0 arrests him.

Synopsis:
A university chemistry professor is found dead in an acid bath. Danny is saddled with looking over his nephew Eric (Andrew Lawrence), who has recently arrived on the island, who later ends up assisting Five-0 in the case. The team have a suspect range of 300 people who have access to the labs and equipment. Five-0 later discover that the professor missed lectures in order to pursue other projects, namely bringing back an extinct plant which can hold the key to curing a disease, which the son the professor's partner (Jeff Fahey) has. The killer (whose identity was voted for by fans during the show and differed based on timezone) later attempts to murder Doctor Stevens in his camp, but McGarrett and Chin Ho shoot him first. Meanwhile, Kono is placed in charge of guarding Sang Min, who has returned to Hawaii to testify in a federal case. Sang Min escapes custody to see his family. Kono arranges to have Sang Min transferred back to Halawa prison to be close to them. In the end of the episode, Eric wants to work in the crime lab.

Synopsis:
Chin Ho is drugged and abducted, later waking up behind bars at the Halawa Correctional Facility. He asks a guard for assistance, only to find out he is in on the conspiracy, and taken to corrupt and imprisoned detective Kaleo (Jason Scott Lee). Sang Min intervenes to help Chin Ho, and both decide to attempt an escape. However their plans is hampered when Kaleo starts a prison riot. Later, Chin Ho is discovered, captured and taken back to Kaleo. In the meantime, Five-0, at first believing he is taking time off to cope with Malia's death, become suspicious when he misses his appointment with a psychiatrist. They find that Chin Ho was kidnapped by Paul Delano (Daniel Baldwin), Frank Delano's brother who is targeting Chin because Chin murdered Frank in cold blood in "La O Na Makuahine". They later make it to Halawa, and use Kamekona's helicopter to storm it and disperse the rioters. Before they are able to rescue him, Chin Ho kills Kaleo. Sang Min however, takes the opportunity to escape by posing as a guard. Kono contemplates snooping into Adam's Yakuza affairs, and eventually manages to clone his cell phone.

Synopsis:
At the request of Governor Denning, Five-0 discreetly investigate the murder of a prostitute. However, the team later find that Denning is attempting to impeed the investigation. McGarrett confronts the Governor, who reveals that the prostitute may have slept with Chris Freed (Wiley Pickett), a Congressman running to become a Senator. Freed is currently missing at a point that will make his political career. At first suspecting him of the murder, the team later realize that Freed has been kidnapped by Wo Fat, who is forcing him to sign a document. Freed manages to escape, and is rescued by Five-0. However, McGarrett is forced to abandon Wo Fat. Meanwhile, Danny attends a custody hearing in court regarding Grace. At one point, McGarrett speaks in defense of Danny, even though it was an unorthodox. The Judge eventually rules in Danny's favor; he is to get shared custody of Grace.

Synopsis:
Police officer Ben Keoki, a friend of McGarrett's father, is assassinated and a shell casing with his name engraved on it is left behind at the scene. Five-0 trace the rifle, which has been sold to a small-time criminal. McGarrett is forced to kill the criminal, with no information on who sold him the rifle. During the raid however, another officer, Troy Ookala, is assassinated; Ookala was another of McGarrett's father's friends. The assassin (Peter Weller) then lures McGarrett to a gun shop. The assassin misses, and he and Danny chase him, ending on the assassin's car landing in the ocean, but he escapes. When McGarrett spots a prosthetic hand left over, he realizes that the man they are after is Curt Stoner; he was arrested twenty years ago for armed robbery by the same officers he is targeting; his hands were blown away during his arrest, and he is now seeking to avenge himself by killing those responsible. Stoner then attempts to kill Duke Lukela (Dennis Chun), but is saved. Five-0 find Stoner's apartment, where Stoner attempts to kill Steve in revenge for John's involvement as John was the one who shot the caps that ultimately cost Stoner his hands. During the gunfight, Stoner tries to shoot Steve, only for Kono to fatally shoot Stoner, ending the crisis once and for all. Later, at the crime scene, Steve has a visit from his dead father thanking Steve.

064 . “Kekoa”
Synopsis:
Kamekona's cousin is found shot to death in the trunk of a car. Danny and McGarrett follow Kamekona, who they believe is trying to avenge the man he thinks is responsible, although it is later revealed that Kamekona's target was not involved in the murder. Video evidence shows the victim being kidnapped beforehand, and between his kidnap and murder he unwillingly competed in an underground fight-club, and was injured to a point where he would not survive anyway, by mixed martial artist Ramsey Pollack (Keith Jardine), wanted in connection to similar murders. His daughter Maggie Hoapili (Summer Glau) reveals that he was a master at Kapu Kuialua, a martial art, and she too practices. Maggie is later kidnapped also to compete. Five-0 eventually locate the fight club and rescue her before she can be killed by the man running it. Meanwhile, McGarrett hires Mick Logan (Treat Williams), a private investigator to keep tabs on his mother's whereabouts, which eventually leads the two to start a relationship after Doris knows he was hired by her son.

Synopsis:
As the island prepares itself for the Pro Bowl, an executive from a California technology company is found dead after a tactical ops team building exercise. The killer was not part of the team. Max finds the victim was sedated the night before, and the team trace it back to a bar, where a bar man reveals that he and a female accomplice, "Holly" (Rebekah Steen), marked the victim to steal his money. Five-0 track to her to a hotel, where it is discovered that she is assisted by running back Arian Foster from one of her other accomplices, Timothy Cross (Matt Bushell), who matches the build of the killer. Cross reveals he was hired to steal the data from the victim's laptop which contains a potential invention to a new piece of software. Holly has the laptop to sell it to the victim's boss (Pat Monahan), who orchestrated the murder. Five-0 arrest him before he could kill Holly.

066 . “Na Ki'i”
Synopsis:
While apprehending his latest fugitive, Dog the Bounty Hunter is witness to a woman falling off a balcony to her death. Max finds evidence that she was drugged a few hours before her death. Five-0 also discovers that the victim lead a double life as a roller derby player. Unable to get any useful information about the victim from her teammates, McGarrett asks Catherine to go undercover as the team's jammer. Catherine finds that one of her teammates wanted the victim dead, and hacks into the coach's computer to get a roster. In addition, the team find that the coach was responsible for drugging the victim, and realize he did so to the other players on separate occasions to make them appear in pornographic films. Catherine manages to wound the coach before he could kill another player who he thought was responsible for the hack. Meanwhile, a masked man steals a safe from Doris. She eventually admits to McGarrett that the safe contains a microfiche with all her CIA assignments unredacted, and that "Mangosta" is involved.

067 . “Hoa Pili”
Synopsis:
The team investigate the latest of a series of arson and bombing attacks to Oahu Shark Tours, and later discover the owner's brother dead in a submerged shark cage. Five-0 first suspects the Kapu to be involved, only to find Kawika's (Kala Alexander) home on fire. Kawika assures McGarrett that he was not involved in the attacks, but another member admits to beating the victim for bringing the sharks closer to the shore, but did not kill him. The owner of the company admits to setting Kawika's house believing that they were involved in his brother's murder. Eventually, Five-0 discover that the shark tours were targeted because some of the employees discovered a drum of MDMA tablets owned by a drug cartel. While putting a stop to the cartel at the docks, the cartel leader has Five-0 captured, save for Kono, who manages to drop a cargo container on the leader before Five-0 arrest the remainder of the group while it's soon revealed that the MDMA tablets are worthless. Meanwhile, Kamekona passes his helicopter pilot's licence. Leilani, the prison nurse Chin Ho helped in "Olelo Ho?Opa?I Make", pays him a visit.

068 . “Olelo Pa'a”
Synopsis:
Before the events of the episode, flashbacks show McGarrett training with Freddie Hart (Alan Ritchson), who considers giving up, until McGarrett convinces him to stay, Freddie ends up becoming a better SEAL. In September 2010, before the events of the pilot, McGarrett and Hart are on a top secret mission to North Korea to capture Anton Hesse, who is under the protection of a militia owned by Han Ji-Woon (Rick Yune). However, Freddie is mortally wounded in the process. In the present, McGarrett and Catherine enter the Korean Demilitarized Zone to bring his body back to the US, however the body they found is not Freddie's (Freddie had a tattoo of his wife's name, the body did not). The couple sneak into North Korea to find the real body. McGarrett captures a militia man and find the body. On finding the body desecrated, McGarrett decides to enact revenge on Ji-Woon. Both are captured, but they manage to free themselves, and kill Ji-Woon. McGarrett and Catherine later return to the U.S. with the remains where at a cemetery, with Freddie's family along with members of the Naval and SEALS including Joe White, Freddie is given a proper military funeral and buried at last with Steve relieved to see that Chin, Danny and Kono are at the funeral albeit at a small distance.

069 . “Imi Loko Ka 'Uhane”
Synopsis:
Five-0's case of a mutilated corpse is overshadowed by Savannah Walker (Aisha Tyler), a daytime talk show host who is profiling the unit on her series. While Five-0 investigate, Walker inadverdantly walks into Wo Fat, disguised as a patrol officer. After Wo Fat escapes, the team later conclude he did not murder the victim. A later lead indicating the Russian mafia was responsible is also ruled out. It is later revealed that the victim, identified as Roger Carson, worked in the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and had a tattoo with a map on it. Ater replicating the map and deducing that the girlfriend's brother was responsible, the team rush to the same place on the map to find the murderer dead. Wo Fat attempts to escape by helicopter, only for Five-0 to shoot it down. Wo Fat is arrested, although he sustains severe burns on one side of his face from the crash.

070 . “Ho'opio”
Synopsis:
After been missing for 10 years, 17-year-old Amanda Morris is found dead, shot in the back, in a shallow grave. The investigation of her body reveals traces of 6-year-old girl Ella Bishop, who was recently reported kidnapped. The team later identify the kidnapper, Helen Cantera, who shoots herself rather than allow herself to get arrested and reveal Ella's location. They later learn that both kidnappings were arranged by Ray and Terry Beckett, who have been holding the children in order to get their social security money, until Ray kills them when they are old enough. Although Ray has hidden Ella, Danny beats her location out of him, and Ella is found and rescued. Meanwhile, with Adam in Osaka, Kono discovers that he is out to meet with "Sato", who through Catherine's assistance, is revealed to be one of the leading members of the Yakuza.

071 . “He Welo 'Oihana”
Synopsis:
A security guard chases away trespassers at a to-be construction site, only to fall in a hole and then get executed. Later it is revealed that the site has several dead bodies buried underground, where the victims are discovered to be targets of the Yakuza. Kono decides to confront Adam about the site and Sato; Adam claims he met with Sato to leave the Yakuza, and has no knowledge of the site, though he suspects Michael may be behind it. Kono later traces one of Adam's outgoing to calls to a warehouse the Yakuza have been operating. She comes across two gunmen, who she takes down, but is shot herself in the process. Meanwhile, McGarrett discovers that Doris is planning to take back the stolen microfiche, which is in possession of Tyler Cain (Craig T. Nelson), an ex-CIA agent. He decides to join her in the operation, and they proceed to his offices to take the microfiche, only to be caught in the process. Cain offers a trade, Doris for the microfiche; McGarrett responds by burning the film. However, when they are both released, McGarrett reveals that he burnt a fake microfiche, and has retrieved the real one. In the end of the episode, Max finds a ballistics match to Kono's weapon on several of the murders and informs Steve and Danny of this with the news leaving both men stunned.

072 . “Aloha, Malama Pono”
Synopsis:
Five bodies are found aboard a plane that was transporting Rafael Selgado (Michael Irby), a terrorist from the organization NLM, who is missing. His son, who is living in Hawaii, is also missing, although when Five-0 eventually catch Selgado, he reveals that his son was kidnapped to prevent him from co-operating with the authorities to reveal the location of a planned terrorist attack in San Francisco. In order to learn the target, Five-0 must rescue his son. During an exchange of his son, Five-0 intercept. Selgado is mortally wounded in the process, but reveals the target's location before he dies. As this transpires, Kono is wanted by the police for the murders, and hides in Adam's house until she can clear her name. Michael, who was framing her, finds Adam and Kono, and attempts to kill his brother, only for Adam to kill Michael after a struggle over the gun instead. Although Kono is later cleared, Chin reveals that the Yakuza wants Adam dead for trying to leave, and he and Kono decide to leave Hawaii until the opponents are stopped. McGarrett learns that his mother paid a visit to Wo Fat. As McGarrett visits the detention center to see Wo Fat, it is being attacked, and Wo Fat wants McGarrett to save his life in exchange for revealing why Doris visited him, ending the episode in a cliffhanger.

Synopsis:
Continuing from the previous episode, NLM gunmen break into Wo Fat's cell, but McGarrett saves him by killing all but one of them, Ricardo Cosi. After taking him to Five-0 headquarters to interrogate him, more NLM gunmen seize Aliiolani Hale, the building where Five-0 is situated, and hold everyone hostage to retrieve Cosi. McGarrett and Danny hide him, until the leader (Henry Ian Cusick) threatens to kill the hostages if they do not surrender. The terrorists kill Cosi, and willingly surrender. McGarrett then learns that NLM leader "El Condor" (Nestor Serrano) has kidnapped Catherine Rollins. To save her, McGarrett has to break the NLM out of custody of new SWAT commander Lou Grover (Chi McBride) which ultimately leaves Grover at odds with Five-0. Nevertheless they work together to track the NLM to a stadium where they intend to escape via a stolen Helicopter. All the terrorists are killed before they can escape. Later, McGarrett visits Wo Fat before he leaves Hawaii for the reason Doris visited him; Wo Fat claims she came to apologize for killing his father. McGarrett obtains some of Wo Fat's blood and asks Max to run a DNA test, as he suspects Wo Fat is his half-brother. Toast later analyses the footage from the destroyed tablet table and the team discover that during the siege the NLM found Adam and Kono's location in Zhejiang, China and sold it to the Yakuza, prompting Chin to call Kono and warn her while also stating that she and Adam should leave right away. Kono and Adam attempt to do so, only to discover that Yazuka members are already at their hideout, ending the episode in a cliffhanger.

Synopsis:
Kono and Adam survive a Yakuza assault and escape from their safe house. In Hawaii, Five-0 investigate the murder of a limo driver. They find that before his murder, the driver picked up Texas Ranger Ray Harper (Tim Daly). After they find and arrest him, Harper informs the team that his daughter was kidnapped, and he is after her abductors. After releasing Harper, he and Five-0 work together to find her, leading them to a house in the middle of the jungle. There, they learn that her kidnappers sold her to human traffickers; they race to the harbor and rescue her. In the meantime, McGarrett learns from former Navy colleague Billy Harrington (Justin Bruening) offered Catherine a job at his private security firm, as she is considering leaving the Navy. Though Catherine initially turns it down, McGarrett convinces her to accept the offer.

Synopsis:
Married couple Kaylea and Phillip Van Horn are found murdered in their swimming pool, and evidence points towards a professional hit. They later find that one of their artifacts, an emblem of the Royal League, a disbanded secret society, of which Phillip's grandfather was a member, is missing. The team turns to Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia), an old friend of Chin Ho and a conspiracy theorist. He suggests that the killers wanted the emblem as the key to find rings smuggled from Italy that are hidden in Hawaii. Jerry later believes they are hidden in one of the Kamehameha Statues. Further investigation turns to Ellis Gregory (Will Oak Wild), a mercenary whose team paid Phillip's brother for access to his house. One of the statues is discovered to have been replaced with a fake duplicate. After the mercenaries are found in a museum to recover a key, Five-0 arrive and arrest them. Later, the rings are indeed found under the foot of the recovered statue. The team later celebrate Catherine's retirement.

Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate the shooting death of a wedding crasher, Brad Dickson. McGarrett suspects the runaway bride, Dahlia Swaine (Briana Lane), after video footage shows her scared reaction after seeing the victim, indicating the two had a history. Chin Ho discovers that the victim ran several scams, with Dahlia, revealed to be his sister Nicole Dickson, as an accomplice. They later find Nicole, barely alive from an apparent car accident. After she is stabalized, Five-0 learns that someone actually kicked her car over the edge, and evidence points towards her brother trying to kill her. It is eventually determined that Dahlia's fiance's family lawyer killed Brad when he ran a background check on Dahlia. Meanwhile, Kono and Adam capture a Yakuza operative in Hong Kong and learn that the hit has been ordered by Riku Sato, a former ally of Adam's. Together the two learn that Kono is wanted the dead as well, and that the hit is not about revenge.

Synopsis:
On a routine assignment, Catherine and Billy witness a hit man killing their subject, John Cutler, and wounds the two, with Billy later dying in hospital. Five-0 return to the house to find it had been cleaned out of any evidence. After finding Cutler's body in his second car, the team learns from his encrypted laptop that he was spying on his wife's security company, on orders from a rival company. Five-0 realizes that the company's CEO was responsible for cleaning up the scene, but still agrees to give them all the evidence they gathered. Five-0 discover that Billy wounded the hit man, Jason Kroll. They find him, but he dies before he can reveal who hired him. Catherine finds he was hired by someone at the office of Abbie Maxwell (Lacey Beeman), the mistress Cutler had an affair with. Her receptionist admits he ordered the killing due to his love for her. Meanwhile, McGarrett asks Joe White (Terry O'Quinn) to track down Doris, only to learn that his mother is active with the CIA again. In Hong Kong, Adam allows himself to be captured for Kono's safety.

Synopsis:
While Max is attending a Halloween party, a police officer shoots a crazed doctor Michael Besner. Five-0 find traces of a drug that drug cartels use to control their victims. They soon realize that Besner entered a morgue to cut off the head of a corpse, Lisa Mills, who died in a car accident. She was presumed missing a year earlier before she resurfaced; Five-0 believe that Lisa was kidnapped after finding cameras in her car and apartment. Ultimately, it is revealed she was kidnapped by William Ellery (Kenneth Matepi), a scientist who believes that criminals can be reformed if their brains are infected with parasites, however the experiments proved to have flaws, namely, the parasites cause cysts which causes the subject to black out. Five-0 race to save Ellery's next victim, Brock Upton (Yosef Kaznetzkov). However Brock manages to break free and kill Ellery in defense. Meanwhile, Catherine finds one of Sato's lieutenants, Hideaki Kuroda (Brian Tee), in Hawaii.

079 . “Ua Nalohia”
Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate the murder of Bryan Carpenter, but later learn he is Matt Hutchins, who Chin recognises as a former police academy cadet. He was working deep undercover for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to infiltrate a gang of gun runners run by Jason Dekker (Xzibit). After finding $100,000 cash belonging to Hutchins, Danno suspects he turned bad. However, it is later revealed that Dekker loaned him the money, and Hutchins was using it to find a mole in the ATF, who is feeding information on the rival gangs. The leak is revealed to be Linda Davies, Hutchins' handler's assistant, whose boyfriend killed him when he was too close to identifying the mole. Meanwhile, during the course of the investigation, Mary (Taryn Manning) returns with her adoptive baby daughter, who the team have to look after while Mary has food poisoning. Catherine captures Kuroda and later learns of Sato's location, after which she officially joins Five-0.

080 . “Akanahe”
Synopsis:
Kono returns to Hawaii to help Five-0 capture Sato (Louis Ozawa Changchien), who reveals that Adam is not dead; Kono leaves again to find him. Afterwards, Governer Denning (Richard T. Jones) forces Grover and McGarrett to work together to serve an arrest warrant to Ian Wright (Nick Jonas) for unpaid parking tickets. After arriving in his home, the two are ambushed and Ian is kidnapped. Five-0 discover that the kidnappers are professional bank robbers, and Ian is also an expert computer hacker who helped the gang rob a bank. After capturing the robbers, it is revealed that Ian was the ring leader all along, and was using his computer program on the bank as a test for further attacks. They eventually find him at Honolulu International Airport, where he reveals that he hacked the flight path of a Hawaii-bound airliner and will crash it in the Pacific unless he is allowed to leave for a flight to Pago Pago. Grover and McGarrett play into his demand until Catherine tracks and shuts down Ian's computer. However, Ian somehow sneaked out of the plane and is at large. Ian later taunts McGarrett through messages on a hacked ATM, to which McGarrett tells him he will catch him next time.

Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate the murder of Kyle Russo, a Secret Service agent, who is found in a barrel of lye. After learning that the President is visiting Hawaii to participate in a secret meeting with North Korean delegates. They identify the assassin, Dante Barkov (Tom Hintnaus), who is wanted by Interpol. After finding one of his accomplices, it is revealed that the President is not the target, but a young woman, Andrea Hicks, who is in hiding after witnessing a murder in Dallas. They manage to find and kill Barkov before he can shoot Andrea. Meanwhile, McGarrett's aunt Deb (Carol Burnett) pays a surprise visit for Thanksgiving, where she reveals that she has an inoperable brain tumor and chooses not to seek treatment. Kono finds a lead to Adam's location in Seattle.

Synopsis:
McGarrett stops David Toriyama (James Saito) from killing Ezra Clark (Jack Axelrod), a Pearl Harbor veteran. Toriyama claims that Ezra murdered his father, James Toriyama in 1943 following the internment of Japanese American citizens, including the Toriyama's, in order to steal the family katana, despite the official record that David's father was killed by a fellow internee. Five-0 decide to investigate the claim, where they learn that there was a cover up of the events, but Ezra was not responsible for the murder, now suspected to have been committed by Joseph Archer, a career criminal who had since died. After exhuming James' body, they find a ballistics match to Archer's weapon, and they also find the katana in his grandson's home. When the katana is finally returned to the Toriyama.

083 . “Pukana”
Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate the murder of a serial burglar, later identified as Victor Dobbs by Kamekona, at the trunk of a car. They find a laptop at his residence containing a list of all the homes Dobbs burgled. As Catherine and Chin search the houses, Five-0 receive a visit from the FBI, who informs them that the murderer is a serial killer who killed at least 14 women after imprisoning them for 24 hours. Chin finds the house where Dobbs was killed, only to be held captive by the owner, Gary Nathan (James Urbaniak), the serial killer, who later kidnaps his girlfriend when she makes an unexpected visit. While Nathan is distracted, Chin manages to break himself free and kill him. Meanwhile, Danny and Grace find a puzzle box washed up on the beach, from Japan after the 2011 tsunami, with a locket and a girl's face in it. The girl is found to have died during the earthquake. Danny and Grace then travel to a temporary housing shelter in Ishinomaki, Japan to return the box to the family's only survivor. Kono's trail to Adam leads her to Vancouver, British Columbia.

084 . “O kela me keia Manama”
Synopsis:
Five-0 are searching for Jack Anderson (Karl Makinen), a friend of Grover's who is on the run after killing a local gangster outside a bar. The team later discover that Anderson is really Jack Mitchell, a former green beret wanted for the manslaughter of the wife of a newlywed couple twenty years before. Further evidence reveals that the victim's husband ordered a hit out against him. McGarrett and Grover manage to find and arrest Anderson in the rainforest, while Chin arrests the husband. Meanwhile, Danno flirts with a young woman, Amber Vitale (Lili Simmons), at a gas station, only to later rescue her after she was shot while on a drive. Danno finds a model shoot at the beach, and sees that a fishing boat was also present at the time of the shooting. There he finds a rifle that was recently fired by the son of a fisherman, who was only meant to shoot at the ocean. Kono reunites with Adam in Vancouver to tell him that he is now free from Yakuza reprisal. They then proceed to return home.

085 . “Hana Lokomaika'i”
Synopsis:
Chin Ho is questioned by an Internal Affairs agent (Robert Knepper) about his relationship with Malia (Reiko Aylesworth) and his father's murder in a convenience story robbery 15 years before, which until recently remained unsolved. This ties into a recent discovery of the body of an undercover Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) informant, who was tortured for infiltrating a cartel after the arrival of their boss, Gabriel Waincroft (Christopher Sean), Malia's brother who Chin Ho always suspected of being his father's killer. Five-0 zero in on Waincroft after kidnapping the victim's wife and son, and using the widow to withdraw the money he stole from the cartel. Chin Ho chases him to a rooftop, where Wincroft admits he killed Chin's father after he was identified in the convenience store robbery. Chin Ho manages to arrest rather than kill him. It is later revealed that Internal Affairs suspects Chin of stealing Waincroft's $25 million, a charge Chin denies.

086 . “Na hala a ka makua”
Synopsis:
Roy Parish (Michael Madsen) is found guilty of the murder of a real estate manager, but manages to escape from the courthouse. As Five-0 and the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) start an island-wide search, Parish hides in Danno's car and holds him and McGarrett at gunpoint. He forces them to a construction site to confront the star witness, who Parish claims lied under oath. When the witness is not there, they search his address. En route Parish claims that he was offered a job at a real estate, not knowing it is actually a scam, and when the manager was murdered Parish was framed. The rest of Five-0 are soon made aware of the inconsistencies in the murder case. The three find the witness in his home dead, after which they are attacked, until they are saved by Grover's SWAT team. However Parish used the opportunity to escape. Chin recognizes one of the shooters as a fake FBI agent he encountered before. Five-0 soon learn Parish is meeting with his daughter (Lyndon Smith). During the meeting, the two are surrounded by fake FBI agents who framed Parish led by gangster Julian Lynch (Matthew Glave), and they kill him, but they are shot down by Five-0 before they can also kill the daughter. Later, Parish is exonerated posthumously. Meanwhile, Grace (Teilor Grubbs) gets into trouble when she punches someone at school for picking on one of her friends and Danny must decide how to discipline her when he finds out the reason behind her behavior.

Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate the murder of estate agent Guy Ingram, whose mumified remains was found behind the wall of one of the houses he was selling. Ballistics match a weapon used previously that was supposedly confiscated and destroyed. They then realise that one of the employees of the smelter, George Moku, is selling those guns. He admits to selling the gun to Gerard Burns, a defense attourney who admits to killing him and Burns' wife after learning they had an affair and planned to runaway. Meanwhile, reporter Shawn Hutten (Ethan Embry) presses Grover about his past in Chicago. Grover confides in McGarrett why he left; years before he was leading a hostage situation where a friend held his ex-wife and son. He could not bring himself to shoot the gunman, and as a result the captor killed his ex-wife and son, before turning the gun on himself. McGarrett manages to convince Hutten to drop the story. Danno's mother Clara Williams (Melanie Griffith) pays a visit, and reveals to her son that she is divorcing his father.

088 . “Hoku Welowelo”
Synopsis:
A honeymooning couple are gunned down whilst deep sea fishing after they witness a falling star crashing into the ocean. A panel of carbon graphite is found impaled on their boat. Jerry Ortega returns to reveal that the couple witnessed the crash of Black Unicorn a Chinese stealth satellite. Later, a Chinese Ministry of State Security (MSS) agent confronts Jerry for the satellite schematics, only for him to turn the tables and taser her. The agent, Zi Chen (Elaine Tan) reveals to Five-0 that she was sent to stop her fiance, Quan Lung, who committed the killings and stolen a hard drive from the satellite that would compromise U.S. defenses. Chin Ho and Kono work to find how Quan rented salaging equipment, and find he was working to seel the hard drive to Chechen buyers. After finding the deal will take place in a closed laundrette, Five-0 and Chen arrive to engage the terrorists. Chen chases and shoots Quan, who wounds her before his death. McGarrett recovers the hard drive and decides to give it to Chen. However, he secretly deleted it, but copied the data to give to the Navy. Later, McGarrett allows for Jerry to live with him after Jerry believes his home was compromised by the Chinese. Meanwhile, Grover takes Clara on a ride-along.

Synopsis:
Five-0 is on the case of a homicide and possible abduction, but it turns out the abductee is the sole beneficiary of her father's life insurance, and manipulated her boyfriend to kill her father (and later to get him killed as well). It turns out the life insurance policy had lapsed and she gets arrested. Meanwhile Danny arranges a date between his parents and they seem to reconcile. Also Jerry, who has been living with Steve, finds a code on Steve's father's tool box and deciphers it as geo co-ordinates. Steve then meets with a CIA agent who says only that the co-ordinates mark a grave.

Synopsis:
During Chin Ho's high school reunion, one of his classmates is murdered with a stiletto heel and has an effect on Jerry. Five-0 investigates into the murder and the victim's boyfriend in the past was missing for the past 25 years, but it is later revealed the her brother is an accomplice to her boyfriend's murder.

Synopsis:

Synopsis:
Five-0 investigate the deaths of two tourists who were hiking on the mountains, and find that the culprit is an unmanned aerial vehicle fitted with automatic weapons. The drone was stolen from a military contractor. After the drone attacks a beach crowd, the streets of Honolulu are evacuated in anticipation of further attacks. After identifying the thief as Jonathan Redmond, a former employee at the military contractor, Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia) has a plan to hack into the drone. As Five-0 lure the drone, they learn that Redmond was using the attacks as a diversion to ensure the escape of Lawrence Turner, who is wanted for espionage by the Central Intelligence Agency. Jerry hacks the drone and prevents Turner's plane from taking off, while Turner and Redmond are arrested. In the meantime, Danny Williams (Scott Caan) and Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) attend a mandatory psychological evaluation. Adam Noshimuri (Ian Anthony Dale) proposes to Kono (Grace Park). Danny learns from Marco Reyes (Anthony Ruivivar) that his brother Matt has been captured, and Danny has to pay back the money Matt had borrowed from his captors.

Synopsis:
When Sophie Larkin is kidnapped during her school recital, Five-0 initially suspect that it involves her Navy SEAL father who is on a secret mission in Afghanistan. After the Navy assures the team that there are no security breaches, they realize the kidnapper took the wrong girl when Eric Porter (William Mapother), a father of another girl from the school, receives a call demanding $1.6 million. Five-0 investigate further to learn that the money was used to develop a car seat for Porter's company. A toddler was killed during its developmental stage, and Porter covered up the findings that the seat was faulty. The toddler's father, Jason Hollier (Brian J. White) is out for revenge after his wife dies from cancer, but during the exchange, cannot bring himself to kill Porter's wife. McGarrett stops him and rescues Sophie. Meanwhile, Reyes reveals to Danny that Matt stole $18.5 million from him. Reyes wants Danny to bring back the money, believing he has it.

Synopsis:
Three young surfer women rob a tour bus, and end up killing a tourist, businessman Nathan Wagner. Evidence suggests that Wagner was targetted. Kono goes undercover as a surfer and finds the three women, and arrests one of them, Lea Nohoa (Allie Gonino). The case becomes more complicated when Wagner's wife died months ago; another woman posed as her and held him hostage to get to his phone, which contain bank details that would cost several accountants their money. The con artists track the other two women as Five-0 does, and they arrest everybody in the house. Meanwhile, Jerry is investigating antique book seller Thomas Farrow (Greg Ellis), suspecting him of running a counterfeiting ring. Although Farrow was cleared by the authorities, Jerry enlists the help of Kamekona (Taylor Wily). Danny finds the money the cartel were after in a remote area (Matt left him clues on a postcard three years ago).

Synopsis:
Joseph Stegner (Lee Tergesen) arrives in Hawaii from Detroit. Stegner is a hitman working for the Bagosa crime family, one of the most wanted crime syndicates in America. Five-0 quickly apprehend Stegner but he is killed by a sniper. McGarrett wounds him as he escapes, and the sniper is eventually caught after collapsing from blood loss. The team learn that the suspect is Nick Mercer (Timothy V. Murphy), another hitman under Bagosa's employ. Mercer claims that after he had his heart replaced, he had a change of persepctive and decided to run his own Witness Protection Program, by helping Bagosa targets into hiding in a camp in Moloka'i rather than kill them. Mob boss Albert Bagosa (Carmen Argenziano) has ultimately learned of Mercer's betrayal and is flying to the island with five more hitmen to finish the job. Five-0 and Mercer manage to capture them before they can finish their objective. Meanwhile, Danny finds out he is $5.5 million short. At the risk of his career, Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) gets the rest of the money from his father's killer Gabriel Waincroft (Christopher Sean). Danny and McGarrett arrive to discover that Matt was dead the entire time. In response, a grief-stricken Danny kills the henchmen before killing Reyes.

Synopsis:
McGarrett visits his father's grave on the anniversary of his death, and encounters Ellie Clayton (Mirrah Foulkes), a state prosecutor, who also visited his grave. McGarrett learns that Ellie was the daughter of Paul Clayton, who was killed 20 years ago in a supposed robbery gone wrong. John investigated the case, which is still unsolved, and the two became close until John's death. Evidence points towards Jimmy Sikes (Steven Bauer). The team enlist the help of Jordan Lewis (JR Lemon), a man Paul helped until he was arrested for drug related charges, and they manage to bring Sykes to justice. Meanwhile, Danny is absent during the case following his return from Colombia. Jerry continues to investigate Thomas Farrow, only to end up kidnapped by him.

Synopsis:
Chin, Grover and Kono investigate a murder victim who was found in a freezer on Halloween night. The weapon is believed to be a meathook. When a second body is found in a similar fashion, Max (Masi Oka) discovers that the killer is copying the events of Jack Knife, an 1984 horror film in which the killer was killing the students who bullied him. The victims were high school bullies, and the victim's son is revealed as the killer. Kono and Chin manage to catch him before killing the third and final bully. Meanwhile, Farrow interrogates Jerry and then lets him go. Danny and McGarrett start believing Jerry's claim, but Farrow uses steps to avoid arrest, by cleaning Jerry's basement and his home. Using a source, Jerry discovers that Farrow is an alias of a British special forces operative named William Corrigan who was dishonorably discharged for attacking a suspected rebel village against orders. When McGarrett goes missing, the rest of Five-0 begins searching for him. With the help of Sang Min (Will Yun Lee), the team learns that Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos) kidnapped him. Wo Fat tortures McGarrett for the whereabouts of his father. As McGarrett battles to survive, he imagines himself back in September 2010 where Victor Hesse (James Marsters) is arrested before he can kill Steve's father, John (William Sadler). The team also lead different lives where, among other things, Kono is a world champion surfer, Chin was never investigated by Internal Affairs, Max is an ER doctor, Grover is a tourist, and Danny is still happily married to Rachel and embraced the move to Hawaii. McGarrett and Danny investigate John's kidnapping, where the dream world depicts Wo Fat as the man who organized it. Back in reality, McGarrett learns that Doris adopted and raised Wo Fat for years after his mother's death until she was forced to let him go; Wo Fat considers Steve a brother. Synopsis:
Five-0 investigates the murder of David and Kate Kealoha. Paul was an investor who was about to be arrested for embezzling from his clients. The team suspect both his sons Jake (Nathan Kress) and Travis (Charlie Carver) to be behind the murder when their pet dog reacts violently to their presence. Their suspicion is solidified when they stand to inherit the $20 million life insurance policy. As Jake is put on a polygraph, Travis flees, where Chin and Kono follow him to a motel. It is revealed that both sons were not involved, and Travis was covering up a relationship with his best friend's mother Patti Gabel (Josie Davis). Five-0's attention soon turns to the family lawyer, Eugene Goodman (John Billingsley) who has power of attorney to Paul's assets. They find a dormant account which was used to hire Greg Barber, a hit man. After McGarrett kills him in a shootout, he finds evidence that Kate was the one who organized the hit to ensure her sons' financial future. Meanwhile, McGarret's aunt Deb (Carol Burnett) returns to Hawaii to marry her fiancé, Leonard Cassano (Frankie Valli), who is terminally ill with cancer. Jerry discovers that Leonard was a mob lawyer who was suspected to have destroyed evidence that would convict his client. Leonard later confronts McGarrett to tell him he never destroyed the evidence, but kept it with him. He hands it to McGarrett, who decides to wait a couple of months before handing it to the New York District Attorney's office.

Synopsis:
Rodeo bull rider Keone Maka is found poisoned in a desert on the Big Island, which NASA uses to test Mars rovers. Max reluctantly joins forces with Sanjeet Dawan (Ravi Patel), with whom he has been feuding for several years. Keone is found to be poisoned. Grover searches the victim's apartment and finds a vial of horse blood, which comes back a DNA match to Urban Myth, a missing race horse. When they find that the horse's owner, Jeff Harrison (Frank Ashmore), is also on the island, Five-0 arrive at his place to see that he too is poisoned but still alive. Putting aside their differences, Max and Dawan determine the poison to be nicotine, and doctors are able to inject Harrison with the counter toxin to save his life. Five-0 later discover that Urban Myth is still alive, and they arrest ranch owner Al Mokuau before he could kill the horse. Mokuau reveals he poisoned the two to cover up the horse's existence. It is also revealed that Max and Dawad's feud was based on an action figure of Janice Rand, a recurring character from Star Trek, which Danny calls a Barbie doll. Meanwhile, to get Danny a Christmas tree, McGarrett cuts down a tree from a forest reserve despite Danny's disapproval. The two are later caught in the act by a civilian and fined $1200 for it, instead of purchasing a tree for $720.

Five-0 investigate and soon realize that her assassination has nothing to do with Delano, after they find one of her former patients dead. The patient was an employee at a local reformatory where four young boys disappeared in 1974. Five-0 search the closed reformatory to confirm their suspicions; that the boys were murdered. Max discovers that the boys were starved and dehydrated from the heat during their confinement. The team later arrest Alex Mackey (Gregory Itzin), another former employee who killed both the patient and Dupont to silence them into revealing the truth of the boys' fates. Meanwhile, McGarrett's father's car is stolen and later found in a disassembled state. McGarrett finds the thief, homeless young man Nahele Huikala (Kekoa Kekumano). Joe White (Terry O'Quinn), now a private security contractor, reunites with McGarrett and aids in the transfer of Mitch Lang, who has contracted a new deadly strain of bird flu in the Philippines. However, during the transfer, Lang is hijacked by terrorists. Five-0 believe that it was linked to a hacking on Homeland Security's database. The team believe the terrorists intend to weaponise the new strain by implanted it on bees, which would spread the virus worldwide. Furthermore, university professor Howard Rennick (Braddoc DeCaires) has been kidnapped by the mercenaries to make this happen. Five-0 track down an unauthorized beehive and raid the farm to rescue Lang and Rennick. The mercenaries attempt to drive the bees away, but Joe manages to intercept the van and drive it to the sea to drown them, ending the threat. Because the bees made contact with Joe, he goes under a 21-day quarantine. In the meantime, Joe confides in McGarrett that his mother is off the grid and promises to find her together. Regardless, McGarrett has Danny spy on him.

JC Dekker (Xzibit) is shot while attempting to break into prison, but he does not remember anything for the three days leading up to that event. The team learn that Dekker is a confidential informant for Immigration and Custome Enforcement to bring down Roman Zednik, an infamous Bulgarian criminal no law enforcement has ever seen in person. Dekker was introduced to Roman by Sidney Ames (David Cordell). When he is found dead, Five-0 conclude Dekker killed him in self-defense. They soon track down Roman's hideout and find an injured model, Danielle (Ana Alexander). They also find a man, assumed to be Roman, and kill him. However, Dekker recovers from his memory loss and reveals to Kono that Danielle is the true Roman. Roman corners Dekker and Kono at the hospital, but Kono manages to bring her down with a defibrillator.

Journalist Julius Brennan (A. J. Buckley) is murdered during Chinese New Year. Brennan was covering a genocide in the Congo perpetrated by warlord Roko Makoni (Barkhad Abdi), who was believed to have been killed in an air strike. Jerry looks into Brennan's massages from his hypergraphia and learns that Brennan came to Hawaii to continue his investigation into Roko Makoni, who is later discovered to have faked his death and living in Hawaii with the help of corrupt State Department employee Ben Hamilton (Grant Bowler) in exchange for access to blood diamonds. When Five-0 confronts him, Hamilton commits suicide by using a gun to shoot at a gas tank on his boat, triggering an explosion that kills Hamilton. Five-0 later track Roko down, but he escapes, gets to a taxi rigged with explosives, and holds some tourists hostage unless he be given safe passage out of the island. Kono manages to wound Roko with a sniper rifle. Elsewhere, Danny learns that his daughter Grace might have a potential boyfriend, when her texts are accidentally forwarded to his phone.

Synopsis:
Five-0 work together with California-based Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agent Kathy Millwood (Melina Kanakaredes) to investigate a series of arson attacks against couples. McGarrett learns that Millwood was not authorized to run the investigation, and that similar arson attacks were committed in California, with one killing Millwood's husband. Five-0 and Millwood identify the arsonist as Jason Duclair (Randy Couture), who is posing as an exterminator to look for targets. Duclair captures Millwood, but is found and arrested by McGarrett before he can attack a hotel. Meanwhile, Danny takes his girlfriend Amber Vitale (Lili Simmons) on a romantic getaway, but it is cut short when Amber is tracked down by her abusive ex-husband Frank Simpson (David Hoflin) after she left him in New York. Danny is stabbed as he tackles Frank. Amber manages to run over Frank and kill him. Elsewhere, Grover and McGarrett practice for a charity golf tournament, and Michelle Wie ends up offering McGarrett some helpful advice.

Synopsis:
A couple robs a jewelery store and steal $3 million worth of diamonds. The woman, Emma Mills (Jessica Lowndes) shoots her male accomplice Jacob Anders (Zoltán Hayth) and leaves him for dead. However, his body has not been found. Believing Anders intends to get revenge on Mills, Danny and McGarrett stake out her apartment to wait for him. During the stakeout, Danny discovers that Mills is making a call to television advertiser Barry Burns (Jon Lovitz). Chin and Grover question Burns, who reveals he and Mills are working for Anders, who is really Serbian mobster Radomir Ivanovich. Ivanovich assaults a gun store and steals a number of small and heavy arms. He then distracts Danny and McGarrett to kill Mills. After he disappears, Five-0 discover that Ivanovich is targetting the jewelery store owner Mia Price (Arden Cho), who is the inside woman of the robbery. Kono manages to kill Ivanovich first. Danny and McGarrett go on another round of therapy and are told to be more caring to each other.

U.S. Marshals arrest Danny for Marco Reyes' murder, while IA arrests Chin for conspiracy to commit Reyes' murder. Joe reveals to the rest of the team that Reyes was a CIA asset and they want Danny to pay for his death. Danny signs the extradition form to be transported to a Colombian prison when Marshal Sam Alexander (Raphael Sbarge) implies his family will be in danger if he does not. McGarrett later learns that the CIA was getting close to making a deal with Reyes to get access to $1.3 billion of cocaine in his possession; with Reyes dead, the location of the drugs is unknown. McGarrett offers to find the cocaine for Alexander. Running on Joe's source, the team locate the drugs in an abandoned Colombian oil refinery. They find and destroy the cocaine when they find that Reyes' books would incriminate Alexander; McGarrett uses this as leverage to blackmail him into releasing Danny and retire. McGarrett later realizes that his mother was Joe's source, and that she is the reason McGarrett was not arrested for his involvement too. Meanwhile, Chin realizes that Gabriel Waincroft has tipped off IA about Chin's involvement in exchange for transfer to a minimum security prison. However, Gabriel uses this as an opportunity to murder IA detective Rex Coughlin (Robert Knepper) and escape. Now with no case against him, Chin is released. He later gets a call from Gabriel, who merely tells him "you're welcome".

Synopsis:
As McGarrett spends the morning getting a shave from a barber acquaintance Odell Martin (Michael Imperioli), a wounded young man, Eran (Steven Krueger), stumbles in, claiming to be fleeing from an Armenian gang lead by the ruthless Garig Dobrian (Mark Ivanir) after witnessing a murder. Moments later, the same gang arrives and surrounds the shop. McGarrett, Eran and Odell barricade themselves inside to wait for help. Later realizing HPD would not arrive in time when the gang try to break in using a chainsaw from the shop next door, McGarrett makes molotov cocktails and kills all the gangsters. While Odell drives Eran to the hospital, McGarrett tracks down Garig, who is revealed to be Eran's father. Garig admitted that he ordered the hit against his son after he found out he kidnapped and murdered several children; Eran made up the story of witnessing the execution. Eran meanwhile, kidnaps Odell and orders him to drive him to his father's yacht, only to die at the hands of McGarrett during a hostage situation. Meanwhile, Jerry is falsely accused of a series of home invasions. As Max provides an alibi for Jerry's whereabouts, Chin and Grover investigate the home invasion and, learning the thief is targetting divorced women, they are led to a law firm and arrest the real home invader.

Synopsis:
Grover's oldest and closest friend Clay (Mykelti Williamson) and his wife Diane (Kim Wayans) vacation in Hawaii, but one morning, Clay calls Grover to tell him that Diane fell off a cliff to her death. Grover's instinct tells him that Clay pushed her. The rest of Five-0 are skeptical however, and Max has rules Diane's death as accidental, as there is no evidence suggest otherwise. Regardless, Grover continues and implores his wife Renee (Michelle Hurd) to give him Clay's phone. There, Grover's suspicions are proven correct; he was having an affair and planned to kill Diane to be with his mistress. Meanwhile, Danny and Shaw are trapped in an elevator with the dead body of Glenn Hurd, where Danny reveals he has claustrophobia. By the time help arrives, Shaw autopsies the body and find the bullet was missing, but they find fingerprints on a button leading to Hurd's business partner.

Synopsis:
Jerry and Max attend an Elvis impersonation convention when, during a performance, one of the Elvises, Lane Collins, collapses and dies. Max determines the death as cyanide poisoning. Five-0 discover that he was poisoned by crazed fan Jane Miller (Calico Cooper). After the case is closed, gunmen break into the ME's office and steal Collins' body. His body is recovered three blocks away but his suit is missing. It is revealed that the suit contains the $3 million of diamonds that were stolen in "Kuka’awale". The team contact Barry Burns, now under house arrest, who admits to setting up the theft. However, they must also contend with Adrian Ivanovich (Ilia Volok), Rado's brother, who intends to steal the diamonds out of Hawaii. After Adrian kills the gunmen in the same hotel as the conference, he attempts to sneak out with the suit, but is killed by Five-0 before he can escape. Meanwhile, Gabriel stalks Chin and asks him to smuggle him out of Hawaii. When Chin returns to his home, he finds Gabriel left behind pictures of Adam Noshimuri.

Synopsis:
Three middle-aged men on vacation, Nolan Fremont (Jaleel White), Jake Lockhard (Pauly Shore), and Micky Dickson (Kevin Farley), wake up hungover to find a dead woman in their hotel bathtub. When they are arrested trying to bury the body, McGarrett, Danny, and Grover find the men cannot remember the previous night, so they retrace their steps, eventually identifying the victim as Rebecca Oleana, a nightclub waitress. Rebecca was planning on seeing her estranged father, who is dying from cancer. It is revealed that her half-brother Raymond Garvey (Todd Anderson) was the killer so he could get his father's entire inheritance. Meanwhile, while Jerry delivers for Kamekona, he witnesses a woman kidnapped in broad daylight. When the car is later found with the kidnapper dead, Chin and Kono work the case and find that the "kidnapper" was the woman's accomplice, the woman is Natalie Morris, who is wanted by the FBI. The two go to a coffee farm where she uses slave labor, but find she has disappeared. They manage to track her down to the harbor and kill her in a shootout.

Synopsis:
As Kono sets sail on an outrigger canoe to circumnavigate the islands, the rest of Five-0 investigate a series of pharmacy robberies where hoards of drugs, which can be used to produce methamphetamine, is stolen. After Chin identifies one of the robbers as Makai Akana (Philip Moon), a "cook" who was recently parolled, the team find the lab and arrest him, where Akana reveals that he was forced by Willie Moon (Skylar Keiler) to produce the drugs or his son would die. The team arrest Willie, only to discover that his son was the one who set up the entire operation. Meanwhile, a severe storm passes, stranding Kono at sea. After the storm passes, Kono relies on survival skills taught to her by her mother Nani (Catherine Haena Kim). Her satellite phone dries enough to call Chin for help before another storm arrives. The Coast Guard fails to find her, but Kono is able to find her way back to shore and a bystander takes her to Emergency.

Synopsis:
As they prepare for Kono's wedding, Five-0 investigates the murder of a bounty hunter, who was pulled over by an HPD officer. A body was in the trunk. The man in it injured the police officer, that had pulled the hunter over for a broken rear light, killed the bounty hunter, and escaped in the car. The team is later called in to a scene, where a small regional private plane is found. Grover later tells McGarrett that it is contaminated by a toxic poison, and they have to wear special suits in order to go inside the plane. They also find out that a girl is missing. It later turns out that her father was the man who was the kidnap target for the bounty hunter, but the attempt had failed. In his own house, the father tortures another man, who he suspects was responsible for the disappearance of his daughter. He wants to know what he did to her. But fails. After some time, Five-0 arrive at the house, and take hand of the situation. Later, Danny meets his ex-wife Rachel who has a secret to confess to him about their son, Charlie, who has a serious illness. Also, Chin is concerned that Adam might have returned to his old ways.

Synopsis:
In North Dakota, a weapon convoy is hijacked by an unknown group. The man leading the group, tells the transport plane pilots, to fly to some place in the U.S. But when one of his men reports that their destination cannot be reached by the plane, he changes his mind and says they are going to Hawaii. As the team prepares for Kono's wedding to Adam, a nuclear bomb is spotted in Waikiki. Chin Ho Kelly is afraid that it will blow up the city and maybe the rest of Hawaii. McGarrett, meanwhile, deals with his own issues as Catherine returns from Afghanistan. Later the team tracks down the bomb, which is located in a tram cart driving in Waikiki. McGarrett and Danny Williams stop the cart, but the driver pulls a gun at McGarrett, as he tries to stop him. McGarrett shoots the driver, and together, he and Danny drop the bomb in the Pacific Ocean via helicopter. At the wedding, Chin forgets the wedding rings, and goes to his car to get them where he is faced by Gabriel Waincroft. Chin tells him that he should shoot him while he has the chance. Some seconds later, Gabriel has mysteriously vanished, leaving Chin confused.

Synopsis:
While Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) and Adam Noshimuri (Ian Anthony Dale) are away on their honeymoon, the remainder of Five-0 investigate the murder of a researcher who was investigating a piracy incident in Oahu in 1884, where artifacts were stolen from King Kal?kaua that has since become a local legend. After the killer, Simon Moore, steals a painting from a museum, the only recovered artifact, he takes a hostage and disappears. It is later revealed that the "hostage" is his accomplice, and Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia) believes the painting to be a treasure map. They locate the treasure and apprehend the couple. After Five-0 recover the treasure, the team discover that the legend was an elaborate hoax all along. Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) tells Danny (Scott Caan) that he is considering proposing to Catherine (Michelle Borth). Meanwhile, Gabriel Waincroft (Christopher Sean) holds Kono and Adam captive demanding Adam relinquish his assets. After Adam eventually gives in, he and Gabriel go to a bank. Kono manages to escape to stop Gabriel, but during the firefight, Gabriel wounds Adam to ensure his escape. With Adam's money gone, he has no means to pay the Yakuza to keep him alive.

Synopsis:
A bomb squad is attacked following a tip of a briefcase bomb. When another briefcase is left abandoned at a local news station, Five-0 discover that it contains a flash drive containing a ransom to release serial arsonist Jason Duclair (Randy Couture) or another bomb will detonate. Five-0 find a link with Tim Richards (John Charles Meyer), an admirer who sent Duclair letters. However, when Richards' home was rigged with explosives, the team conclude Duclair is working with someone else. The bomber calls McGarrett to force Duclair's release after a van-bomb is discovered outside Five-0 headquarters. Duclair leads McGarrett and Danny to the jungle where it is revealed the bomber is Andre Trout (Rob Welsh), Duclair's protégé. Trout has infact orchestrated Duclair's release to kill him. McGarrett and Danny stop him but both arsonists disappear. Duclair later calls McGarrett to turn himself in, as well as reveal a PO box of Trout's. There, McGarrett finds a jar of ashes, implying that Duclair killed Trout and cremated his body. Meanwhile, Adam is released from hospital and recovers with Kono, but they are quickly stalked by the Yakuza. Kono later confronts their car to see the gangsters dead.

Synopsis:
Diver and artist Ben Lahineha is found shot in the ocean while gathering lost objects on coral. Five-0 find that ballistics match the murder of a John Doe weeks before. The team conclude the diver's shooting was a result of an accidental discharge. After identifying the John Doe as Miko Moesley, the team discover he was in a money printing operation with Philip Kanae, who is also found dead. It is later revealed that the killer is another accomplice, Aaron James (Michael Maize). After he is arrested, he is broken out of custody by Gabriel, who is working with him. Meanwhile, Danny gets his nephew Eric Russo (Andrew Lawrence) a job with the crime lab, and Jerry is given his own office in the basement. McGarrett prepares to propose to Catherine, but she later admits she is going to leave again more permanently to help in the aftermath of the earthquake in Nepal. However, it is later revealed to be a cover; she is actually going on a top secret assignment.

While Danny is recovering from a bone marrow transplant to his son, the rest of the team investigate the death of Harrison Crane, a reclusive millionaire who disappeared 20 years ago, who was found in the jungle with Moesley's counterfeit money. Crane's death has been ruled a hunting accident and the money was given to him by art thief Gerard Hirsch (Willie Garson), who admitted to have had past dealings with Moesley. Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) and Lou Grover (Chi McBride) search Crane's house and find pictures of Laura Ioane, the daughter of Crane's past love. It is revealed she was kidnapped and Crane was to deliver her ransom payment. When Crane's death is leaked, Hirsch has to pay the ransom to Laura's kidnapper. After the kidnapper is killed in a car chase, the team find that he was the son of Crane's maid. The team arrests her and recover Laura. Meanwhile, Adam is captured by Tom Bishop (Steve Bastoni) of the Yakuza and is forced to torture Aaron James for Gabriel's location. When Aaron is revealed to not know anything, Bishop executes him.

Lawyer Kevin Harper is killed in front of his wife and daughter by a hitman riding a motorcycle during a deposition looking into his embezzlement of company funds. Harper was ready to admit that he embezzled money to pay for protection money for the Samoan mafia, and the team believe they were silencing him. Chin later finds a link with the 808 Road Warriors, a local biker gang suspected of truck robberies. After Five-0 intercept a robbery attempt, the team find that the gang has a missing biker, Tyler Kaheaku, boyfriend of Harper's daughter Aubrey (Spencer Locke). It is revealed Harper actually embezzled the money to fund his secret second family. The HPD chases Tyler and Aubrey on the highway, but Tyler is killed when his bike crashes into an SUV. Meanwhile, McGarrett receives a mysterious phone call from an unknown location, thinking it might be Catherine. Also, the team enters in a Tough Mudder race.

On Halloween, Five-0 investigate the discovery of a briefcase with a number of similar looking female corpses with missing body parts. The team suspect the killer to be Mark Sheppard (Michael Graziadei), an ex-con obsessed with the occult, and one of the victim's ex-boyfriend, but is ruled out when he is found attempting suicide. Later, they suspect Charles Oakman, an embalming technician at a funeral home. It is revealed that Oakman is attempting to recreate a lost love, who looked similar to the victims. McGarrett and Grover arrest Oakman. Meanwhile, a blood bank is robbed by a local gang while Jerry gives blood. Chin and Kono find the thieves took a rare blood type and start looking at pet clinics suspecting the thieves are hiding in one and holding people hostage to save the life of their boss. They track down the pet clinic and kill all the gang members, including the leader. Danny discovers that Grace went to a party in the North Shore and comes to pick her up.

McGarrett goes on a first date with Lynn (Sarah Carter), and they go exploring a small island together. After the two come across an abandoned plane in the jungle, they are ambushed by a gunman. Burns), a crime boss from Boston who was believed to have been killed in a plane crash four years ago. McGarrett and Lynn find Logan working with an accomplice, and arrest them both before handing them to the US Marshals. Meanwhile, Chin, Kono, and Grover attend a college football game where the star player Jesse Frontera (Jake Nutty) is lacking in his performance. A suspicious Chin soon discovers that Jesse is being forced to throw the game or his kidnapped father will be killed. The team find the father's location and rescue him, as Jesse helps win the game.

Synopsis:
San Francisco Police Department Inspector Abby Dunn (Julie Benz) works with Five-0 to learn and set up a similar task force in her city. The team investigate the murder of a con-woman in a hotel room. They suspect her partner, Hank Weber (Kristoffer Polaha), who claims to be targetted as well. Five-0 work with him to catch the killer, but it is revealed to be a trap to let Hank install a virus on Five-0's tablet table. Hank eventually reveals that he was hired to do this by Gabriel. They offer him a deal to work to stop him. Meanwhile, Adam is kidnapped by Tom Bishop to be escorted to Yakuza leader Goro Shioma (Akira Hirayama). Adam kills his captors and escapes, but is quickly recaptured and sent to Goro, where he learns that his debt has been paid, by Gabriel. Dismayed at the knowledge he killed two people for no reason, he turns himself into the police, with Kono witnessing his confession.

Synopsis:
The body of university professor Elliot Thomas is found being fed to pigs; Max determines he was shot. As Jerry is given the task to wait for the pigs to defecate the bullet, Danny and Eric are enlisted to go undercover as a stand-in professor and student respectively to find the killer as Thomas was despised by everybody. The rest of the team find he made a suspicious amount of money in recent months, and Eric discovers that the professor was dealing marijuana with student Alfie Ticker (Samuel Larsen). It is revealed that Alfie killed the professor to take his cut, with a pistol he uses at a local range. Meanwhile, Chin bonds with Inspector Dunn during her stay in Hawaii. Hank Weber is found dead. Kono tells the team that the prosecutors do not believe that Adam killed the two Yakuza members in self-defense, and that he is willing to accept a two-year sentence. Also, Nahele (Kekoa Kekumano), a street kid under McGarrett's charge, learns his father has been released from prison and has recovered custody rights. Nahele reveals he does not want to return to his father, because as a child he witnessed his father murder a man. HPD later recover the body.

Synopsis:
Ben Nakano, brother of local boxer Luke Nakano (Lewis Ten), is found beaten to death on the day before Luke is to fight opponent Devon Haynes (Harold House Moore) for welterweight champion. The team suspect Juru Katsu (Kelemete Misipeka), a known associate of Gabriel. Juru admits that Gabriel ordered him to buy VIP passes from Ben. From there, Five-0 determine that Gabriel acquired the passes to carry out an assassination during the match. Jerry believes he is targetting the three crime lords in attendance, including Goro, in a step to control Hawaii's underworld. The team chase the three Cartel soldiers under Gabriel's employ, with Grover arresting one targeting the Triad leader, Danny shooting the one targeting a Samoan mob boss, and Chin killing a sniper, but not before the sniper wounds Goro. Later, Gabriel intercepts Goro's ambulance to the hospital and finishes him off. Synopsis:
Flashbacks reveal Kamekona's (Taylor Wily) past as a drug pusher for a local gang, and his first encounter with Chin, ultimately becoming his confidential informant to help arrest the gang. In the present, one of those members is found dead as another, Levi Sosa (Maurice Compte) is released from prison. Chin, Kono and Lou ask Kamekona to go undercover to find out who the killer is. Ultimately, it is revealed to be Kamekona's younger brother Kanoa. Discovering that it was Kamekona who put them away, Levi has brought Kamekona so that Kanoa will kill him. When he cannot go through with this, Levi attempts to kill Kamekona himself, only to be shot to death by Kanoa. Chin and Gabriel have a fight, culminating in Chin throwing Gabriel out of a window three stories to the roof of a car. However, Gabriel still manages to escape before Five-0 can arrest him. Meanwhile, Danny and his mother, Clara, (Melanie Griffith) are questioned by the FBI about Matty, but Danny deduces that it was all a ruse to get Danny to admit that the team uses Five-0 resources for illegal purposes. Synopsis:
Five-0 investigates the murders of two hospital surgeons and the patient they were about to operate on. They determine that the patient was the real target, as Max shows them X-Rays where a small object was embedded in his skin recently. The vic was actually a mule, carrying a flash drive to Hong Kong for someone else, Chris Dalton (Michael McMillian), an NSA employee. Dalton's girlfriend, Anna Novick (Olga Fonda), is the killer, as she is a Russian spy. Five-0, HPD, and SWAT surround Dalton and Anna, but Anna calls for backup to attack Five-0 while she and Dalton escape. However, Dalton slips away from her and is captured by Five-0. At headquarters, Dalton reveals the drive contains the identity of undercover spec ops around the world. Dalton's boss (Derek Webster) comes to Five-0 and informs McGarrett that his name came up in relation with one of the operatives they can't reach: Catherine Rollins. McGarrett and Danny attempt to make sure that Dalton's encryption in the flash drive is secure and that Anna can't unlock it without him. However, Anna pumps nerve gas through the air ducts of Iolani Palace, knocking everyone out. She kidnaps Dalton and takes him to a safe house where she forces Dalton to unlock the drive. McGarrett and the team storm the house and retrieve the drive. As Anna is arrested, McGarrett reveals to Danny that he is angry that Catherine lied to him again, but at the same time he understands why she did it. Meanwhile, Danny returns from New Jersey and informs the rest of the team that the man after them is Robert Coughlin (Ingo Rademacher), Rex Coughlin's brother. Chin and Grover relate Rex's history to Abby: that he tried to bring Chin down on anything and even struck a deal with Gabriel Waincroft to do it. They believe that Robert is after them because of Rex's death. Abby informs Robert that she doesn't think Five-0 is corrupt, but she is told to get something on Five-0 and stay undercover or she'll be fired. At the end of the episode, Abby confesses to Chin who she really is and why she's really there.

Synopsis:
Danny's day off with Grace and Charlie starts off bad when Grace is unhappy about being without her phone, but it quickly gets worse when the camaro is stolen. Meanwhile, the team investigates the death of a man found floating in the sea with his friend. Five-0 determines that the men were slaves aboard a fishing vessel. Synopsis:
The team investigates a stolen $80 million dollar indestructible suit of armor, developed for the U.S army as next-gen combat hardware, which was used to later steal a gun used in a murder committed by a Mafia boss. Meanwhile, Jerry's sister, Isabel (Zuleyka Silver), visits Hawaii under the pretense that she's on the island to visit her big brother but Jerry later finds out that she stole an elephant from the circus that's currently in town and that she needs his help to get it to a proper sanctuary. Isabel and Jerry recruit Kamekona, Eric, and Max to help get he elephant off the island. Also, Kono grows concerned when she found out that Gabriel visited Adam in prison and subsequently offered him a job in expanding his new criminal empire because Adam understood "the way things worked" in the organised crime world of the Yakuza. Adam denies accepting the job, but Kono has her doubts and begins questioning her trust in Adam.

The team are called up on to spearhead a high-profile manhunt for several dangerous criminals, as well as figure out the mastermind behind a hit targeting one of the convicts who died at the scene, James Hamasaki. One of the six escaped convicts is Adam. Shackled together in pairs, Adam, Jason Duclair (Randy Couture), Gerard Burns, Efrin Aquino, Bobby Stockman (Justin Welborn), and Henry Garavito (Richard Brake), attempt to flee in the jungle. However, Adam catches on to the fact that Garavito, a convicted cannibal, is killing them one by one. Meanwhile, Chin and Jerry discover that the mastermind behind the hit on James Hamasaki was really targeting Adam, as James and Adam shared a similar appearance. The mastermind is revealed to be Michelle Shioma (Michelle Krusiec), Goro's daughter, who is seeking revenge for her father's death at the hands of Gabriel Waincroft. Believing Gabriel and Adam to be in league together from Gabriel's meeting with Adam a few months earlier, Michelle sends four Yakuza hitmen to finish off Adam. Elsewhere, Steve, Danny, Kono, and Lou begin following the trail Adam has secretly been leaving them, finding Garavito's victims, Aquino and Burns, along the way. Eventually, Duclair is killed by Michelle's men, Steve and Danny kill Garavito, rescue Adam, and arrest Stockman along with two other Michelle's hitmen.

Addison Wells (Cassi Thomson), a 22-year-old college student is kidnapped from the house she is babysitting at. Five-0 discovers that the abductor hacked into the house's thermostat, baby monitor, laptops, alarm system, and everything else. To crack the case, Steve and Danny recruit their old friend Toast (Martin Starr) who has become a famous multimillionaire for creating the popular phone app "Poopy Penguins". Toast discovers that the abductor, Jonah Holm (Scott Michael Campbell), was imprisoned for publicizing the illegal activities of the law firm he worked at. Holm has now become a hacker who stalks those with dark secrets on the internet and later abducts them, forcing them to confess on a live web feed, before leaving them to commit suicide. Toast manages to track down the safehouse where Holm is holding Addison, who manages to escape after her web feed. McGarrett and the team arrive just in time to save her. Meanwhile, Kamekona has unveiled his latest enterprise: inter-island booze cruises. With Flippa and Max, the trio set off on the maiden voyage, only to run out of wind, battery power, and food. They land on a "deserted island" where Flippa reveals he wanted to be a musician and Max reveals that he turned down a Doctors without Borders opportunity, for he is characterized by others as awkward, and thus prefers the dead to the living. Later, it turns out Max miscalculated their position, and they actually landed back on Oahu.

Synopsis:
Vanessa Diaz is found murdered in her home; Five-0 criminal informant/crime scene cleaner Gerard Hirsch (Willie Garson) is attacked when he discovers the house had a safe room and someone jumps out. Kono is sent to watch Hirsch until his attacker is caught. Steve and Danny capture the attacker, Doug Morrow, but they learn he was merely a burglar who tried to save her after she was shot. Five-0 learns that Vanessa had a daughter named Sara who tells Duke Lukela that she has an uncle in HPD: Chin. When Chin goes to talk to her, he learns that Sara's aunt was Malia, Chin's deceased wife, and that her father is Gabriel Waincroft. Steve and Danny put two and two together and realize that Michelle Shioma is going after Gabriel through his family; forcing him to turn himself in by killing his wife and kidnapping his daughter. Chin is gravely injured when he attempts to stop Sara's kidnapping, but manages to pull himself together to help rescue his niece. Meanwhile, Kono meets Hirsch's father Leo (Elliot Gould) who asks her to keep Hirsch on the honest path.

Synopsis:
As a meth epidemic sweeps Oahu, Max decides to take the Doctors without Borders opportunity (previously mentioned in I'ike Ke Ao) leaving the ME duties to Dr. Shaw. Meanwhile, Five-0 captures longtime nemesis Gabriel Waincroft, who is badly injured when a drug addict shoots him by accident. As Five-0 attempt to leave, Abby is captured by Michelle Shioma's Yakuza hit squad. Five-0 fights their way up to the roof and jump to another building. Grover heads up SWAT to help the others, but encounters resistance from more Yakuza. Abby escapes her captor and pleads with her former boss, Robert Coughlin (Ingo Rademacher) to help her track down Shioma's mole in HPD that has been hampering Five-0's efforts to extract Gabriel. Chin and Gabriel separate from the others and make it to an apartment building where Gabriel apologizes for killing Chin's father. Gabriel also asks Chin to take care of Sara. Five-0 take out the rest of Shioma's squad and get Gabriel to a hospital, but Steve and Chin later learn that Gabriel went into cardiac arrest during surgery and died. Steve, Danny, and the rest of HPD surround Michelle Shioma's house to arrest her, but they discover she took a secret tunnel and disappeared into the wind ending a small cliffhanger.

Synopsis:
After a chilling meeting with Wo Fat's father in Morocco, Steve returns to battle Hawaii's burgeoning meth epidemic. One of the victims is a friend of Nahele's, so Five-0 returns to the building where they captured Gabriel in "Pa'a Ka 'ipuka I Ka 'Upena Nananana" to find the source of the meth. One of the drug addicts managed to stay alive, and leads them to the dealer. The dealer helps Steve and Danny go undercover as drug pilots for Dae Wan (Sung Kang). Midflight, an unknown helicopter attacks the plane and gravely wounds Steve. Danny breaks cover in order to receive instructions on how to land. Danny manages to land the plane on the beach instead of the ocean in order to save Steve, and takes Five-0 to find the shooter. Upon crashing the processing plant, Danny follows the big boss as he tries to get away in a scene reminiscent of Chin and Frank Delano's final showdown (La O Na Makuahine), and prepares to shoot him for injuring Steve. However, Danny restrains himself from killing the boss and heads to the hospital. They learn that Steve ruptured his liver and needs a new one fast. Everyone volunteers, but Danny announces that he and Steve have the same blood type, and offers his liver. Grace, Kamekona, Flippa, Max, Jerry, Duke, Pua, Chin, Kono, and Grover wait in the hospital as Steve and Danny undergo the transplant. Later, it is revealed Steve and Danny will make a full recovery. In the end, Steve and Danny are seen arguing about thanks and TV channels.

As Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and Danny Williams (Scott Caan) recover from their transplant, a vigilante begins killing serial killers and leaves their bodies on Five-0 property with ivory chess pieces in their mouths: the first is found inside Five-0 Headquarters at Iolani Palace, and the second is found inside Lou Grover's (Chi McBride) car. As Five-0 searches for the killer, Steve must help the new governor, Mahoe (Rosalind Chao) quell the fear that Oahu is no longer safe. Jerry Ortega (Jorge Garcia) discovers the killer is a recent parolee who stole the chess pieces eight years previously. The killer, Pierre Shaw (Jesse La Flair), escapes and leads Five-0 on a parkour chase throughout the city. Steve is injured when attempting to give chase, leading the rest of the team to follow him and box him in a hotel. As Abby (Julie Benz) and HPD set up perimeter, Steve finally thanks Danny for saving his life. Kono Kalakaua (Grace Park) tracks Shaw to the roof, where the team follows. Shaw jumps and Danny yells for Steve not to follow. His warning is proven to be a life-saver: Shaw doesn't make it to the other building and falls to his death. However, Steve returns home to discover another chess piece on his dining table, indicating the real mastermind is still at large and is taunting Steve. Meanwhile, Chin Ho Kelly (Daniel Dae Kim) learns that Sara's aunt and uncle in Mexico are filing for adoption, and Chin starts contemplating fatherhood.

Synopsis:
Following the events of "Makaukau 'oe e Pa'ani?", Steve and Danny visit retired profiler Alicia Brown (Claire Forlani) to try and track down the mysterious vigilante. Alicia refuses to get involved, but is gradually roped in when Steve purposefully leaves the chess piece the killer left in his house. Meanwhile, a man steals diamonds from renowned billionaire Lucky Morad (Faran Tahir). The girl he used to smuggle the diamonds out of Morad's party is found dead the next morning. The team identifies the killer as Harry Langford (Chris Vance), a rogue MI6 agent. Steve and Danny chase Langford and Steve manages to overpower him. Langford claims his going rogue was a cover, he didn't kill the girl, and he is tracking a contract bomber, El Hamadi, who bombed an embassy in Madrid in 2012 and is planning to use a cyber key known as the Greystone to plan a larger attack. Steve and Danny join Langford on the case as they track down Morad at a high-class party, where Kono lures him out to the patio. In a callback to the episode "Ohana", Steve hangs Morad by his ankles off the building until he talks. Morad reveals he traded the Greystone to an associate of El Hamadi who fled to the Czech Republic. Steve and Danny go with Langford to Prague, and capture the contact, who under waterboarding torture, reveals what he knows. Chin, Kono, and Grover call and report that nuclear power plants all across Europe have lost control and are going to implode. El Hamadi will cause a disster ten times worse than Chernobyl. Langford reveals that his wife was killed in the Madrid bombing in 2012 and is seeking revenge. Steve, Danny, and Langford coordinate a raid on the compound where El Hamadi is hiding, where they capture him. Langford struggles not to kill El Hamadi, who draws a concealed weapon, forcing Steve to shoot him. Steve, Danny, and Langford visit Langford's wife's grave in England and are then thanked by Queen Elizabeth II.

It’s later revealed that the real Sachs died in a car crash 6 years ago, and that the one that died was actually Luke Nixon, who had been going in as an informant undercover in the Guillermo crime family. The team manages to rescue Nixon’s wife and her son who were taken hostage by members of the crime family. Also, when a stunt plane happens to crash with Steve in it taking over for Nixon, he successfully manages to land.

There, high pressure nervous syndrome is at risk of causing irrational behaviour. Nash, who attacked Walker with a knife, seems to be the murderer, but Junior and Tani discover a secret lab and evidence that Nostromo secretly tasked certain crew to map deposits of yttrium, a valuable substance he plans to mine illegally. It seems Nostromo remotely cut communications and set out to eliminate his own agents to keep the secret, until Five-0 learns only a crewman on board could have done both: Cane turned on Nostromo after he secretly tasked her to ensure his secret mission's success. She now plans to murder everyone aboard by sabotaging the base's oxygen supply. She steals Five-0's submersible and flees to sell the yttrium data. An evac ship is on the way but with the air about to run out McGarrett undertakes a risky free-dive to supply more oxygen. Meanwhile, Grace recuperates after her near-death car accident, and Junior lends a hand to his estranged father. The team tracks a stolen car to a warehouse, but the hitman commits suicide before they can arrest him. They then learn that he had an accomplice who plans on carrying out more hits. Adam meets with Yakuza leaders to figure out who is behind the hits, but the hitman's accomplice arrives and attempts to kill Masuda, one of the leaders. The partner flees, without killing Masuda, and is later killed by Quinn, while attempting to perform a final hit. Afterwards, Steve asks Quinn to pursue the case further, after no charges are pressed due to lack of evidence. Also, Jerry decides to quit the team. Lastly, an unknown figure is seen putting a small explosive in Steve's tool box from his father.

Synopsis:

Synopsis:

Also, Noelani enlists the help of Quinn when she suspects that her uncle did not die of a heart attack but thinks it was a murder cover up.

Synopsis:
McGarrett and the Five-0 task force investigate a botched home invasion/attempted kidnapping. The case takes a dramatic turn when the good samaritan who stopped the perpetrators by severely injuring them, turns out to be an ex-marine gone AWOL. Meanwhile, Danny and Tani are worried about McGarrett who received a letter from his late mother containing a cipher for him to solve. He is also contemplating leaving Five-0.

Synopsis:
Steve and Lincoln head to meet Marshall, the guy Lincoln got to solve the cipher, Danny calls Steve and says that someone is tailing him. The two go to assist and when they find Danny's car they find he has been kidnapped. Daiyu Mei contacts Steve and says she will trade the cipher for Danny's life. Steve meets Daiyu Mei and gives her the cipher, in exchange he gets the address of Danny's location. Danny breaks free but gets shot on his way out. Five-0 rushes Danny to the hospital. Lincoln finds out the cipher were coordinates which Steve recognizes to be the grave of Doris when she faked her death. Five-0 finds that the grave was full of cash and Daiyu Mei's associates emptied it out. Facial recognition allows Five-0 to track their location. Daiyu Mei is ultimately arrested. It is revealed that Steve is leaving the island, Steve and Danny share their goodbyes. Steve says bye to Eddie and the rest of Five-0 shows up to say goodbye. Steve puts Lincoln in charge of the Five-0 task force before leaving. Catherine Rollins joins Steve on the plane and reveals she is the one who solved the cipher.
